It does say on there site: VISIT TEGIWA IMPORTS Come and visit us at our premises within our opening hours 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday. Just check out where we are via the map below or enter our postcode ST3 1PG into your Sat Nav But with that being said, it also says: PLEASE NOTE : WE AIM TO RESPOND TO ANY QUERIES SUBMITTED VIA THE WEBSITE OR EMAIL WITHIN 48HOURS. Now with all this, to keep it positive, the only thing i can think is, that the item you ordered is no longer in stock. Hence no reply within 48 hours, confirmation of purchase but no dispatch etc. All seems legit so far, just bad customer service by the looks of it. Hope for better tomorrow. If one is sick or has family members in hospital, then "Customer Service" isn't really a factor. I'm sure they'll be in contact as soon as they can be and will explain the situation. Everything isn't always dodgy, sometimes @*!# happens... sucks when it happens to you, but it isn't the end of the world!
