Anyone used Nanolex Si3D?

I'm thinking of having it put on the car for the winter since I'm entering a very busy career period and won't be able to wax and polish regularly for the next 12 months. Any experience or thoughts?

Not used it but Nanolex stuff is generally pretty ok.

 

Looks less complex to use than a proper ceramic coating which is a bonus.

The competition are using GYEON products, is there much of a difference Ricey?

Not sure why considering I haven't really used them all that much but I really like the look of Gyeon products.

 

I've used Nanolex alloy sealant and it was alright......didn't blow me away but alright.

 

I use CSP products now but Nano hasn't been released yet.

Not tried Si3D myself but I know a few who have and they have been happy with it so far. I am a fan of Nanolex products in general through my experiences of them.

 

I have quite a bit of experience with Gyeon's stuff, whilst Nanolex products are on the whole very good I find Gyeon products to be better - as a generalisation over the whole range.

 

There's quite a few reviews of both Nanolex and Gyeon products on my thread if you've got the patience to read through that, otherwise feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer.

As appealing as it was I simply couldn't justify the £280 to have the car treated. I will probably do a big clean & clay this week, hopefully the sun will hold on long enough for me to apply some FK-1000 and that will have to do for the winter. I'd consider having a product like this put on if I had the bumper or the whole car resprayed. Thank you for the advice though, I've stored it away and will use at a later date.

I personally have heard mixed reviews about Nanolex. My boyfriend bought a load of stuff and he says G-techniq worked much better. So he hasn't touched the Nanolex since.
