Hi I bought some parts of a member on 25/7/15 and he has gave my excuse after excuse why they ain't here, is there some one I need to speak to about this or do I just name and shame them ?

When did you contact him last? When has he replied last? Have you asked for refund?

Last contact was earlier in the week with the same promise they would be here by the end of the week, emailed him yesterday asking him again for name of delivery company and tracking number as this is not the first time I have asked him for this, and I have also asked for my money back.
