Anyone have an ideah how to check what parts a dealership have ordered for repair work, as i have supposedly had some work done but the car is still the same as though they havent done the work and still charged me for it.

Can anyone recomend a good brake pad for the occasional track day but mostly just normal driving?

any idea how i check up with Nissan as to what parts they supplied, one good thing i have kept the receipt and it clearly states half shaft replacment!

Brill guide, one thing though aren't all nuts and bolts supposed to be replaced and torqued up?

I had the clicking rear axle and got it sorted for £100, Nissan supplied the parts and i paid vic youngs 100 for labour. They claimed they were doing the full fix ie new half shafts on both sides, its 3 months since it was done and the clicking happens every time i pull away in reverse but only occasionally whilst going forward. Does any one have any ideah where i will stand with vic youngs, can i check through nissan what parts were oreded for my car to see if vic youngs has only re greased the axle? How long should the work be guaranteed for from Vic youngs, the car wasnt under warranty when the job was done.

just going from what i have seen

it says 98 octane only, so thats where the figures come from, i have seen it when i first raced my mate in his M3 he raped me i would say about 30 bhp less on 95. When i put 99 in i kept up with him much better so there is a good difference!

After been well beaten by an M3 when i was running on 95 octane fuel, i started putting tesco 99 octan in. I went for a drive to the lakes with my 2 friends in there M5 and M3's, the zed performed much better keeping up with the M3, although he was still pulling away their wasnt much in it. USE 99 OCTANE its much better for the zed!

anyone in the sunderland area i can get about 16 % off brand new zeds i think as i work at Nissan.

Has anyone fitted a NOS kit if yes how much did it cost? Will it damage the engine? How much power is safe? Cheers for any info!

defo get a carbon miles more comfortable at soaking up shocks from the road and they arent killer priced!

best off going for a spiecalized tarmac comp, full carbon, will be about 1300 if you get last years model. (they are light as a feather)
