Better late than never, welcome to the family :-)

Have spotted a personalised plate that I've been after for a while, is being auctioned by the DVLA on 22nd March Wish me luck! Will let you know if I get it (and what it is if I do) Its a 6 digit plate with XXX XXX but would look a lot better with the space removed XXXXXX. From what I gather this is not allowed? Does anyone have any experience with this? I am not looking to change the font or edit any of the digits in any way whatsoever, would just like all 6 to be equally spaced...

When I start my car I get a screeching sound like a belt or something but not sure where its coming from. It can last anywhere from 5 seconds - 30 seconds and seems to go quicker if I start driving. Any ideas? It's a tad embarrassing :-(

Have had the zed a year now and its due a service. Thus far its service history has been ropey being mainly self serviced by owners etc. I know what was done last service ( a year ago) but not what has been done previous. I get all my work done by a mechanic friend who does a great job for cash in hand so labor is not an issue, however when it comes to sourcing parts, he just goes straight to nissan for everything. Is it worth me putting together a set of bits he's going to need (using sources other than nissan) or is it not going to save me much money? Also I quite often get a screeching sound (sounds like a belt of some kind) which recently has lasted up to 20 seconds from turning the engine on and then goes quiet again until the car is left to go cold... any ideas if this will be a new part needed? Cheers

I don't blame you! Kuro is beautiful and faster not as easy to find in a car park though

My front tyres need replacing in next few weeks, but my back ones only have 7000 miles on them and I want to upgrade my alloys but seems a shame to do so when the rears are still good (as I can only really justify the cost if doing tyres and alloys at the same time.. plus im considering changing my sunset for a kuro). Thus if I can get some part worn fronts cheap so that they meed replacing at the same time as the rears then im sorted Feel free to gimmie a poke if you have any lying about

Just had my MOT and have been told its failed However all it needs is a O/S/R Anti Roll Bar Outer Link then it will be fine The garage couldn't get one from their usual suppliers and I've tried my usual places like Eurocar parts... any ideas ?
