Ill start with a big thanks to craig who turned up this morning at 8.15 with all his 'trinkits' and made a lovely job of the car as ever!!! that was 7hours of the cleaning process!!!! The other 10hours were me and the engine bay wrestling to get it even cleaner, had the tanks, strut brace, all the bolts and engine cover off to get the toothbrush in as many places as possible also fitted the grounding kit and orange washers so all in all looking very (if i do say so myself) just missing the catch tank which will hopefully be sorted for JTS when iv finally decided what to do She's in the garage covered in dust sheets now till friday morning just jope to god its not throwing it down on the way over or i will be gutted!!!! Finger tips are feeling the strain but really happy with the results bring on the weekend

think the tints were about £80 quid now cant remember si as i had it done the morning before i travelled to wales! picked the car up today feels great left the Z air vents to be sprayed also ill get some pics up tommorrow after detail

not at all buddy!!!! heard some people say you need to do it to stop them squealing and others said they never needed to!!! do i take it its same for all brake pads?!!! cant see nissan tellin you, you need to do this when they'v fitted new pads/discs!!! O also forgot to thank sarah (chilli) for the orange washer set which will also be going on this saturday, any more news sarah on what i was pm-ing you about

just dropped the car off at the garage for a P1 service including spark plug change, antifreeze and a full overhaul on the brakes!!!! New brake fluid, lines, pads and discs front and rear so should have some real stopping power!!(anyone know the bedding in procedure, thanks) Pictures will follow!!! Also having the carbon mirror covers fitted while its in the garage save me a job (lazy i know) Had the bells sprayed on the discs to a dark antracite colour which they'v made a really nice job off and should make them stand out that little more and repel the rust!!! Then a full detail from Mr. Mudd this sunday and then she'l be locked in the garage so i can get to grips cleaning the engine bay up and fitting the grounding kit until the following friday morning, when ill be setting off for wales!!!! Only downpoint, iv never sorted out my catch tank which i was hoping to get on before wales Thanks to CS and Opie oils for some of the parts and products

what about including flywheel?!!!

how much was the clutch and fitting price on that then?!

hiya mate weve got alot of properties which we let and maintain and its soley down to the landlord to put it right (as you already know) but if i was you i wouldnt pay for the work to be done as then you'l probally have a battle on your hands gettin the money back any time soon!! you really need to get hold of the landlord and get round to see him or theres also the option of the small claims court!!! probally wouldnt get much out of it but worth the scare tactics but the only real way off gettin anything done quicksharp is to get the landlord face to face or demand money off from the estate agents, ill have a word with my dad see what he thinks but he's away at the moment spoke with him and he says you should just stop paying your rent they cant through you out as youv got your legal contract and to be honest they bend over backwards in favour of the 'renter' not landlord, he'll soon turn up to sort the problem then and say your not paying for the rent while the problem occurred as it caused you discomfort the first two weeks is fair enough but no longer

Maybe the 15 post rule isn't strict enough? what does it matter????? it might find a long time server to the forum a bargain which is what counts, it doesnt matter the guys making some cash it matters that people on here find bits there after so a bonus for us really
