Just to say that I knew these guys from my Supra days and took mine down for a full service (fluids/brakes etc) last week AFR Tuning, Unit 4, Deacons Trading Estate, Nightingale Rd, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 01293 523538 Transformed the car - fantastic drive back up th A24 :-) Matt (the boss) has a 350z roadster and they have an ex-Abbey chap (sorry can't remember name at mo) working there who knows the zed very well. Just by the station so getting to and from easy! So if you are in the south and looking... Thinking about keeping it now :-)

I have to say that I am convinced that this has actually improved my first/second gears pulling - it feels more lively. Of course it could by psychological - but what the hell I also love the noise - about 4500+ please

***sigh*** I just wish that there were no speed bumps surrounding my area They look great!

Very nice people down at Nissan Shepperton Mike their top service bloke took it for a test with me and nothing untoward.. ...then looked underneath...huge great wodge of plastic film on the exhaust from the plastic sheet - and I have not used it enough to burn it off... so that's where the smell from My bank balance breathed a sigh of relief... Rates now £85.60 per hour - to which i pointed out I don't mind if I get the top bloke on to any problem I have - but seriously object to paying for some acned NVQ youth!

Thanks for that Mark - undobtedly you pay cheap - you pay twice! Clutch smells cooked now - so prob full job - although there was a very large plastic sheet that got caught under the car and will have stuck to exhaust - so hoping it may have been this - but need it looked at to tell me yes or no...

Forgot to post up - just in case you are a member! I live in Twickenham and a chap sees the car on the drive and comes up to the door and gives my daughter a set of new 350 kickplates and a carpet Just says 'I used to have one and never got around to fitting' and leaves them for me Just a very nice gesture and thought that you should know I said thanks - even if you don't see this

How much per hour are they charging now? When I had my R33 they charged about a grand to use the loo Just need basic clutch 'looking over' and advising on what needs changing...

Any suggestions please? Need to take it down to check out what needs doing etc... Recommendations welcome Cheers

Experienced this when have done some town driving and the car gets hot (not on the gauge - just generally lots of stop/start)) Clutch pedal stays depressed - couple of inches off floor. Still works OK...can lift it with toe when it sort of bounces back for a while until next used Any suggestions...? Is it knacked? If I do need a new clutch - all or part? and where and how much please (Twickenham based...?) Thanks for any help
