I successfully removed the counter balance weight from boot lid..took 10mins and u must use the right tool for the job (dont use screw drivers like on my 1st attempt) Im soo dissapointed that its no way as heavy as i imagined! The nismo spoiler is still far heavier and the difference when removing th counter balance weight isnt significant enough.. i suppose at least the boot lid stays up now and doesnt come down on my head.. but still too easy to slam the boot and break the spoiler again.. seems i will need to order some uprated struts afterall.

Hi all - Adam at Z1auto.com has offered a group buy for ACT Lightweight Billet Flywheels! With these mods the engine is much more willing to rev, and overall engine response is tremendously improved also its only supposed to be a 2hr mod fitting time so shouldnt be that costly. The factory flywheel is incredibly heavy, weighing 25.5 lbs. Prolight Billet Flywheel is much liighter, weighing 13.2 lbs. hiya.. yep got same problem as u.. it happens more and more these days. I was told that its just the 350z's engine getting flooded... u need to wait about 10 secs and then it starts up fine. I wouldnt worry about it unless it keeps happening everyday.

Sorry.. if this goes ahead on the 11th Nov.. then im screwed.. my company has booked me at short notice for a business meeting abroad till 13th..damit it

Fair comment but surely with the added weight of the wing the difference shouldn't cause a problem? Exactly.. the weight of the wing shud offset against the counter balance being removed Jeremy - Cheers.. try to get there around 6.30. Did u ask Wilsons if theyd remove the counter balance from boot? (anything to get out of getting my hands dirty of course hehe)

I'm on my 2nd set of F1's on my 350. Find them really good in the wet, even in our heavy Winter downpours. My 350 hasn't been anywhere near the mountain snow yet, but the F1's seem to cope fine in hail, but that isn't snow. How much do F1 tyres cost for our standard Z wheels? (18's)

Bridgestones are definately useless for winter... i wouldnt bother buying them. Can anyone suggest a good tyre fot the wet and icy months ahead?

+1 on the wheels! Nice.. Why red calipers? did u scrap the brembos or just paint them? Nismo rear wing looks the part.. limiter needs the same.
