Yeah there is a pretty big gap where the catch is, pretty normal. As for the clicking problem, i noticed mine on initial pull away, and sometimes when coming to a stop and then accelerating

When i first got my zed i bought a grill insert, without realising the OEM grill has to be cut out, looks like a pretty big job, but if you got the time and tools, you will be able to pull it off

The fire extinguisher came with a mounting bracket, and have just screwed this onto the tor cover, looks pretty neat !

You should see them now! We received another knee deep snow storm over the weekend. Snowed for two days straight Snow went a long time ago down this end, thank god , back to cleaning the zed and enjoying it
