i drove a boxster s and really didn't enjoy it, it was so dull!! I see them all the time, i park my car in the consultants car park at the hospital and you really do see some very dull looking cars! there isn't a single Z in there though! i haven't driven a Z yet but i know i will love that!!

thanks guys! i'll see when they get here, we thought that the mounts were missing but assumed you just use the OEM mount, as with so many others kits, i'll cross all my fingers and my toes!!

there s is some generic info on the bilstein website. if any one has installed a similar kit of any kind... can you spot anything obvious missing, the seller doesnt know

aww! yeah i sold my mini for so much more than i bought it for, except i spent lots on it!! so it doesn't count!!

I just wanted to let you all know my little Mini went today - i finally sold it to make a place for the new Z!! I'm so excited - but i had a little tear! Is that wrong?? Mind you i had a £303 bill from BMW for front brake discs, and a seat belt retentioner wiring loom before it went! Although the Z arrived in Southampton on Wednesday so Yippppeeee!! Hope to pick it up next week!

Pablo's mum owns a hotel in Chamonix and a restaurant in La Thuile in Italy, so we are there all the time! Do be careful with regards to being timed on the toll booths, we have seen it many times. Be warned if they catch you on the motorway you will be escorted off the road to the next village to withdraw cash! They will not let you go even if you plead that you have no money they will take you to a cash point. Speed cameras are front facing - warn you a little before and blind you when you flash! if you leave the country without paying a speeding fine, they will not allow you back in before you have paid! so there is no getting away with it! Make sure you have your driving license, we once parked and got a parking fine from a police officer, we didn't have our driving license on us so they fined us! Be extra cautious doing the mont blanc tunnel run, watch your speed! there are an awful a lot of mudslides there too, we came home last week and the tunnel had been closed for ages!
