Nice Phil, sorry for late post cheers mike for link Its the exact same layout and style as the premises my dad purchase, did you buy or lease? Dad bought ours about four years ago, its 30,000 square foot and has a virtual freehold of a 1000 years, dont know why they bother But as you can imagine being in london the rates are astronomical But we are moving our work place to bigger premises next year to kent so rates will be much better. Did you get stung with any quarterly upkeep costs o forced to tie in with their insurance policies?

I agree about the speed claims, but I am pretty sure there is no brick wall either - I don't recall seeing 180mph in the aerodynamics equations when I used to mess about with them Top speed is a tradeoff between slippery shape to reduce drag and enough down force to stop you taking off. For the cossie, the limit is probably the downforce generated by the spoiler driving the car down into the tarmac at the speeds mentioned - take the spoiler off though and ... well you take off More power = more speed if you get the aerodynamics balanced I'm a simple soul though and since drag goes with speed squared and power ~ 1/speed, I always reckon speed increases with power cubed. So if a car generating 100BHp can do 115mph, then - one generating 300BHp (Z) can do 115 * (300/100)^(1/3) or 165mph - one generating 400BHp (FI Z or Monaro) can theoretically do 182mph - one generating 631BHp (Murcie) can theoretically do 212mph (stats say 211 ) - one generating 1000 BHp (Veyron) can theoretically do 247mph (you can read elsewhere about the issues bugatti had reaching the theoretical max speed and it needs to be in a certain aero configuration to achieve it) By the above, you need in excess of 530BHp to be able to achieve 200mph I'm sure people can find examples to completely disprove the above, but it does work for most cases he dont care what I say None of us do On your avatar is that wind coming out of the bulls ass? Very fitting

Zedrush replied to Jm-Imports's topic in Zeds For Sale
Very tasty, infact very very tasty, but got to admit, Nismodave, I think yours has the edge and think you made the right choice. The only one that could of topped yours was the white one JM imported. Now that was one of the most stunning Z's ever -
I found depreciation not bad, well I would say hat cos I made about 7k profit on my last Z but topgear voted it has having the best residuals out of all the cars in its catagory plus you dont see that many so it is a rarety in some sense
-
all the best with it, will be interesting to see how you get on with that combo, just out of curiosity, you don't know a user by the name of get12 by any chance do ya?

keep us updated on the customer service and quality of car on arrival and aftercare from there mate, as always good to have a few sound refence to point newbies to who want to import jap cars over
-
read a few rubbish reviews on em, but you are right about price doesnt say it all. Its like Veilside kits, apparently the copies which are a quater of the price are actually better quality, so no harm in asking
-
That looks fantastic, my brother almost bought the R34 from middlehurst nissan around 47k at the time, before he got the Z as made sense money wise, you got any mad mods planned for the Z when you get it?
-
Its because we play this game with you at least once a day
