at the moment it seems every insect in the world wants to squash itself to the front of my car. I've used various different methods of getting them off, AG bug and tar remover, bug wipes etc. What i want is something i can get them off with inbetween washes rather than having to wash the whole car. Any recommendations?

that happened to mine just the once. It was when i went to stay with martin and liz. Met up with mart, turned the key and the most awful bag of spanners grating noise - never happened again since.

mmm, strange, it does sound like its immobilised itself or something though. Hope you get it sorted.

funny cos when i got mine and it had a new cat1 alarm on the same thing happened to me whenever i got out at petrol stations, cash machines etc. If i was any length of time out of the car without locking it immediately it immobilised itself. first time it happened i thought i was gonna die! Thought it was just knackered. Nearly called the breakdown guys! I used the little overide stick thing that comes with the alarm but eventually realised that just by putting the key in the ignition and pressing the alarm fob same as when i unlock the car is what I had to do. I'm sure yours is probably a different thing and you will have tried that but that's what happened to me.

you've only done 500 miles? Where's the fun in that? Car looks in fab nick but also not a fan of the rear wing.......its bloody massive!
