  2. Ideally it is engine mods I need. Can someone get hold of Ian?
  3. Im there all day. Will need most of the day for a shoot.
  4. Fantastic! Let me know tomorrow. What mods have you done?
  5. Afternoon all, I have been asked once more to shoot another modified 350Z, however this time its very short notice. I am ideally looking for someone who has done the mods with limited help from a tuner. It can be NA or FI, but you need to be available on the 1st of October for the shoot. Its going to go in a national magazine and I am hoping with the right car we can secure the front cover. You must be able to attend Silverstone on the 1st of October. Anyone interested? Dash
  6. Paul, you and I will do a shoot. Ive wanted to shoot your car for a while. Is it still green?
  7. Eveninig all, Im wondering if there is anyone on here who has done some performance mods to their cars themselves. I doesnt have to be major engine overhaul but if you have done some mods to try and improve the performance of your car and your willing to be interviewed and photo'd for an article please let me know. I will need to arrange the shoot in the next couple of weeks and you may need to travel to location so its a big ask! Also Are there any owners on here who have done major modifications to their cars. I mean complete engine overhauls. TT, SC you name it. I looking for a clean tidy and seriously upgraded 350Z for a seprate shoot. Again travel to location may be required. Get in touch Dash

  10. No LED's mate.................
  11. Yeah that's what you call "a press release" usual when someone has driven a car all the way from Switzerland just for you. I personally really liked the car, and if you think thats gushing you should have been there to hear peoples opinions. Made me sick.
  12. Prototype car, hence infiniti wheel.
  13. I thought you guys might be interested in the following, taken directly from the press release by **REMOVED**, and posted here with no intention of malice, trolling, fire starting or the like, just purely sharing the information. Yesterday saw the first public showing of the brand new Nissan 370Z in the UK. And we at **REMOVED** were proud to be the ones to have it first. It took an awful lot of planning and with the help of both Nissan UK and Nissan Europe, **REMOVED** were able to unveil the replacement to the 350Z to their members at the club AGM. In keeping with such an occasion the venue chosen was the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire. The car (seen below) had been driven to the UK under cover of darkness direct from the European HQ of the Nissan Sports Division in Geneva. Still on European tradeplates the car was one of the very first production prototypes in Europe. Coming to the UK just 3 days after the official launch, gave **REMOVED** members an exclusive first hand viewing of what is going to be the 2 seater sports coupe of 2009. The new design was quickly put side by side with its predecessor and it was clear to see that key qualities of the 350Z had been considered and improved upon in the new design. "This car really needs to be seen to be appreciated" said David Baker, "The photos just don't do it justice". On hand was Marshall Nissans Dealer Principle Dave Arrowsmith, who was within minutes, practically fighting off offers of deposits, until the cars official announcement in the UK. What has been seen by the press and the pundits as an evolution rather than a revolution, can be, (when seen in the flesh) proven to be a radical and correct step in the right direction following on from the 350Z as another ground breaking design. Its size really is deceptive. It was only when placed side by side with its predecessor that it became apparent just how compact the new design is. And yet none of the qualities found in the old car have been lost. Despite increased safety regulations (which usually encounters more weight) the new 370Z manages to maintain a similar weight to the 350Z by using more aluminium components and lowers the centre of gravity over the old car. Also up is the power output from the all new 3.7 litre V6 engine. Also expected for the first time in the UK, is an automatic version featuring a 7 speed auto 'box. Whilst prices and specification have yet to be confirmed by Nissan UK, it is clear that they are on to yet another class leading winner with the replacement to the highly acclaimed 350Z. Stay tuned for more information over the coming days and some video footage of our time with the car. http://forums.DELETED.com//index.php?showtopic=21331

Digsy - I honestly can say this is not true. It appears that the deletion was a genuine error by the moderator. These in my opinion should have been split out from the For sale advert (as a for sale ad is just that and not really the correct place for such discussions) However I have had the posts re-instated and I have updated your thread to point to the link for those posts. As someone who was not privy to what happened I can assure you that no malice was intended in the removal of those posts. I hope you will be satisfied that the posts are indeed there (as was the previous for sale add from the original poster - that you suggested was removed) and I hope this meets with your satisfaction. If however you are unhappy with this please feel free to respond to the PM I sent and I will be happy to discuss. Apologies to the forum owners here for having a discussion carry across from one forum to the other. Kind Regards Kevin
  15. Video removed Good luck with the sale. Car looks stunning after its detail Removed as I was a bit embarrased by my big broad oirish accent swearing like a trooper Car was fantastic at the ring though, more than capable. I just checked it over the end of each day and changed oil every 3k. In fact when driven properly the ring isnt that hard on the car, testament to that is the fact im only on my second set of tyres! Its been quite a hard decision but Ive only decided to sell it due to the very little use it gets, I mostly drive it on the contenant, hence the 23 odd K. I was in it the other day and it was the first time simce Christmas!!! Not right for such a nice car. Thanks to everyone for the positive comments
