  1. The speed your modding at makes me wonder if your prepping your car for some forced induction maybe!!

Im getting my JDM de-limited with a HKS speed defencer, bought from Vesitas, when that comes..............170mph :scare:!
  3. Iv tried the green shaft one, IIRC that is the std, non draw bias version. I tried that in regular flex, slightly easier to hit than my stiff flex. Im wondering wether I should have bought regular flex now! The MX 19 are great clubs, I was deciding between those & the ones I eventually bought, the Adams Golf Ovation, which suited my swing better.
  4. Sounds like a bargain Maybe in a couple of years when (if) game improves to a certain non-embaressing standard!

  8. Dogleg, then uphill 45* blind :scare: How do you normally do on the course & the 2nd!
  9. I dont really need it for my usual saturday game which is a small course but Im playing in a charity golf tournament next Saturday on a big 18 hole course in Milton Keynes. Have got a week & a half to get used to the driver & try controling my swing speed! This is the course, looks a bit daunting as I dont normally play such long holes, will have to get that fairway rescue club out a bit I imagine! http://www.abbeyhillgc.co.uk/ http://www.abbeyhillgc.co.uk/asx_AH/abbey-hill-gc-map.jpg
  10. Thats a double edged sword for me at the moment! When it works its good, but mostly my tempo is very erratic & usually all bad golf days are to do with swing speed getting stupidly fast & jerky, especially in transition from backswing to throughswing. I cant stay smooth
  11. Online golf have a pretty good sale on at the moment, I picked up this driver worth £199 for £49.99 delivered! I bought it in 10 degree loft /stiff flex (draw bias), got the last one in that spec Went down the driving range today & walloped most approx 260 & some 270, with proper (non range) balls on a nice firm fairway I reckon I could quite comfortably see 300 yards http://no longer valid Review http://www.equip2golf.com/reviews/reviews_frameset.html?drivers/adams_redline_rpm.html~reviews
  12. Hope hols were good Tim I forgot u said u were off, wondering why u were so quiet, not ur usual self I thought
  13. I know sad ! I remember I was on a "private road/track" & my brother in law was in his new 997 Carrera S, I was prettty much keeping up all the way till my engine revs hit some kind wall & kept comming down, I though Id busted the gearbox Suffice to say he had long gone by the time I had realised what had happened, not much I could have done anyway. Ah well may have to have round two now

  16. Cheers chaps, I will post pics here but maybe next time as its probably dirty now that iv driven home! (didnt have my camera at work). But it has definetley given the car a wet/gloss look deep shine which it never had before. In fact the sunset orange colour looks darker than before. I think Il stick with Autoglym for a while seeing as i have a few more of their products also. ps H5 how did you get the Autoglym Protection liquid to go on in such a thick visible coat? I think I may have rubbed it into the bodywork a bit & wasnt as visible when left to dry.
  17. lololololol Does she remind you of character in The Ring or The Grudge!!
  18. A bit quiet at work today so took the zed down to the hand car wash jobbie. Back at work went over with "Autoglym High Resin Polish" looked good. Then went over alloys/exhaust with AF250 anti corrosion spray; did tyres & black bits with bumper black. Popped into Halfords to look for some kind of wax/liquid that could help protect paintwork. After comming from JAE & a few mwmbers complimented on my paintwork (cos it sits in the garage & only done 11,000 miles!! ) I wanted to try something other than the expensive paintshield route. Ended up buying "Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection" liquid, which is a paintwork sealent & wet gloss. Has anyone tried this, obviously nowhere near anything like paintshield but does it have any benefits?
