    My Red Zed

For a fellow red zed Looks good with the nismo
  3. I've got these too front and rear, with K-sport pads. Had no problems, 1000% better than the standard brembo's.
  4. Sorry to see you selling Ian. Hope it all goes well. The R34 is definitley the car to get. What colour you after? blue? Mine will be up for sale in the Summer too, can't justify the expense any more (+£35k )
  5. Wonder where you got that idea from
  6. Just been on it for a couple of hours. Bought from Sainsburys for £26 Liking the look of MW2, just getting used to the map, layouts. Muddymudster on xbox360 I'm not very good though. Get killed more times than I can kill.
  7. I would ahve drove round to the polish hand wash guys first for a fiver clean and hover and then finished the job off myself -- LOL God that was an aweful car, I had a few boggy Focus's when detailing but not that bad
  8. That's very good news if the yanks like it. They are a picky bunch and won't mince their words. I'm sure after some thorough testing you will be shipping many of these out to the states (depending on the exchange rate)
  9. Looks fantastic Scott I think in order to satisfy your buyers and to be 100% happy with the product it needs to be rolling roaded and maybe leak checked? That way you can guaruntee your product. Or at least say do 1000miles withit fitted before offering it up to any potential buyers. Like I said earlier in the post I'm interested but only when it's proven. Can't wait for the carbon pipe, centre console and front panel Drop me a line when they are ready Can't wait for the next instalment -- more carbon MMMMMMMMM (In a homer stylee)
  10. Good to hear it's going well Scott. Interested in the Carbon pipe
  11. Wheel looks fine (at least I hope it is) thanks Rob. I'll get the wheel balanced before the new tyre is fitted to make sure it's still round. James - defo up for a drink buddy.
  12. All ok Craig? Not really, on convoy with Chris and James to Santa Pod, 50 miles in and felt the front drivers tyre a bit funny. Pulled over and found the tyre flat Drove to find a garage, pumped up tyre. Though that was it. But as soon as I drove off, the drive was unbearable. Looks like I damaged the tyre wall while driving it flat (At 80mph). So had to turn round and go back home at a very slow speed. Took wheel off, and found the inner wall ahd collapsed and there was a huge bulbous. I'll take some pics. But gutted I missed the show, it was me who wanted to go to the show originally too. Well I'll have to wait till next years shows now, as I will miss Modified Live next week. Thanks and sorry to Chris and James for putting up with me this morning for an hour, sorry you were late for the show.
  13. Gutted I couldn't get there, but I'm sure you've heard the story.
  14. Have you seen the weather for Sunday, is going to be a cracking day
  15. He did mention to me that my fog light wasn't very bright, I just replied "I don't think they are on 350Z'ds"
  16. Well got back from MOT. It was the first time they've seen my car, but they have MOT'd my previous show cars. As soon as they saw it they said it wasn't going on the brake rollers because it's that low. Plus I told them about the LSD and he said road test no doubt. Think he was looking forward to the ride out Had problem getting in as the entrance to their garage is on a decline, and we found I was too low and would damage front bumper getting in. First thought I'd have to find somewhere else to get it done, but gaffer got some old pieces of kitchen doors and stuck them down. Car got into the garage with mm's to spare No problems with car, I didn't think there would be seeing that 80% of the car is new Just worry like hell when taking my show cars to MOT/garage's for the damage that my occur and the hassle it causes. But that's it for another year. Just got to get through the next service now and find someone with a ramp I can get on. Thanks for all the help guys. Hopefully this thread has helped a few members out too.
  17. Thanks for all the help guys. Got everything working now. Laptop was connected with Livebox using pair button (Should have thought about that ) Firewall lowered on both laptop and Desktop PC so I can file transfer, also associated Windows media to allow files ahoring, so I can see all my albums on my laptop now. Wireless adaptor plugged into Xbox, paired with livebox and now working It's done a download and now has the new revised login and aviatars. Shares my music from the desktop which I can now play on the xbox through my surround amp Played online for the first time last night; Call of duty 4, wow I'm not that good at the game but it was awesome Looks like I have the gamer bug. Just got to get a few more games sorted. Off to PC world on thirsday to return their router
  18. Thanks for the comments guys. Thought as much that it had a road test, I could be wrong but I think it has a limited slip diff which shouldn't be put on rollers like the brake test rollers. Will insist that they road test it Oh, and yes I do all the controls normally, don't think they'd fit in the brides anyway
  19. Hard to believe that I've almost had the car 1 year. Car is up for MOT and it's booked in for Thursday. I'm petrified as normal as I like to wrap it in cotton wool and don't like the idea of oily mechanics putting their hands all over it. Just one question really: Does the 350z go on the brake rollers or does it have to go on a road brake test because of the rear diff? Just a bit worried about it going on the rollers and knackering the bodykit up? They have just recently fitted a small speed bump into their garage so will have to take some wood with me too. Cheers Craig
  20. Come on get your names down, only 2 weeks to go. Need to get names in by 23rd for us to get a stand
  21. I'll give it a try, strangely I was thinking the same myself. (The missus also said it too). Also, looking into the Livebox settings, it only has the home laptop connected to it, so I might remove it and try the other laptop and xbox to see if there is a "limit" to how many devices I can connect to the live box. No errors at present, just won't connect to the network, both can see the network and allow me to enter the WEP key but won't connect (Both work laptop and xbox). It'll be tonight now before I can check, but thanks
  22. Thanks guys, your right disconnected the Belkin router and left the livebox as it was, lowered the firewall on nortons on the laptop and I can file share using the Livebox Just need to get the wife's work laptop working now as I can't seem to get it to connect to the livebox somehow? I'll try your way Marzman. Also spent 2+ hours trying to get a new x box 360 wireless adaptor to connect to the livebox, it sees the network but won't/can't connect even when I've entered the WEP passcode. Oh and that will be the last time I shall take advice from an assistant at PC world They had best give me my money back!!! I may be posting again, when I'm at a loss with the other laptop and X box.
  23. Hope someone can help. I have a desktop PC plugged into an Orange wireless livebox. I also have a laptop that I can connect to the orange livebox for internet wirelessly. What I want to do is for the laptop to talk to my desktop PC so I can share files etc etc. I guess that I need a wireless router for me to acheived this. So I went to PC World (Yes I know) and asked their advice. They suggested a Belkin N150 enhanced wireless router. It was within my budget. I've since got it home and loaded it all up. I seem to now have a problem with the new belkin router not being able to get internet from the Orange livebox (Even though If I plug the livebox back into the PC internet works). I've just spent 2 hours on this and am getting quite mad Should only be plug and play for gods sake, why do they have to be so complicated. I've tried all variants within the settings page and even manually configured the IP address etc, but still no joy. All the belkin is doing is flashing the internet led to say it's lost or cannot find an internet connection. Can anybody through any light on my situation I've tried the belkin website but that's useless. No support there at all. Cheers Craig
