Seems crazy to me..... you keep failing to grasp the essence of THREADS: a thread is entitled " do you like my avatar?" then the avatar gets removed for whatever reason the thread has just become pointless the thread gets locked do you get it? My statement was a generalised statement and did not even refer to the Avatar thread. Do you get it?

Incorrect. You must advise your insurance company of any points. The first 3 points however do not adversely affect your premium though. From 6 onwards is when it begins to affact your premium. You also do not need to inform of any points or offences untill your policy is up for renewal as all policies are underwritten at the point of inception for the following 12 months. At renewal they send you the renewal based on last years info and its at that point that you have to inform them of any indescretions
