    Wheel Spacers

I love a bit of banter! She should start by dialling the right number. Looked outside your window recently.....?? What did Phil say about the spacers?

    Wheel Spacers

I just didnt want to call em up yet again, they have a special line for me now 1-800-S.P.A.C.K.T.A.R.D ?? As a suggestion, why not get the wheels with the offset that does stick out as far as you need with the body kit?! AFAIK, adding to unsprung weight and wear on wheel bearings are on the list for -ves. Because there are no wheels in existence that can do it and clear the brembo at the same time, unless I get a wheel off of big foot Well there you go then.... You know your problem, lack of commitment..... Smaller bodykit?? Perhaps you should call this number you spackard 1-800-L.A.U.R.E.N.H.O.T.L.I.N.E. or do you have on speed dial?? Tried it, constantly engaged. PM me when you've finished.

  6. Tere, Bronzee, Nixy, Little Miss and the rest..... Brave man!!
  7. I would pay anything for my eye sight, so I would say do the laser treatment. As has been said, choose the best you can, it stays with you forever! I have a couple of relatives who say it has transformed their sight. Albeit with a few weeks of discomfort to get there, but they are pleased.

Easy, don't do yourself a blood vessel! Don't forget the VAT that this country delights on adding on, it isn't necessarily the manufacturers. And with the reviews it has had, I think they might be perfectly justified to charge more for it. Spin it the other way round, if you had a business and could sell the same thing to another country for more money than others because of where it sits in the market, you would charge the higher price.....
  9. Seems it was the guy Steve_b posted about the other day. Not good. Having said that, I know a guy who had the following cars from 17 - 20:- Impreza P1 BMW M3 Porsche 911 Turbo Ferrari F430 Spider Lambo Gallardo Back to the Ferrari And he drives very sensibly. Bit of a tool, but drives them well. I still think people should have to earn the right to drive something that can kill so many so readily.....
  10. Not good. But I do think new drivers should have to do their 'apprenticeship' in cars that they have to learn how to drive in properly. None of these driver aids, and no big power. I'm 27 and my little 957cc Fiesta allowed me to learn all sorts of stuff without any ABS, servos or multipoint injection getting me there quicker than I could cope with. Despite having raced karts etc when younger, too much damage can be caused on roads IMO.
  11. These are getting me through a tiring conference call!!
  12. Welcome to the nuthouse! And don't be tempted to see what it does without the traction control on at this time of year!!
  13. That very car was for sale a mile from my house for a while last year at the Mitsu dealer. I even looked it over to see if it was worth me swapping! Welcome to the site.

    Winterized Zed

    Genius!! 'Britain, Britain, Britain......'
  15. Whereabouts in the south east?
  16. I think it's nothing more than a deterrent, and anyone thinking about it is less likely to take the risk either removing it or just mowing it down. However, I see an early morning, gf off to work, shortly followed by a crunch as she forgot to put it down....!!
  17. It's a leap year, you need to be careful of that!!
  18. Just get to Donny and go for your drive in May!!

    My Shortlist

+1 Except I don't see why an automatic A3 is in there as an option! Sorry! Go for the Zed.
  20. Looks good! Are you expanding it to cover more than the Midlands?
  21. It's all in the prep work. Spend time covering anything electrical with cling film and then use just a sprinkle of water you will be fine. But I agree, free use of a pressure washer can be detrimental to the cause.....!!
  22. Get booking a weekend away before Valentines day and say it was the only time you could get the hotel you wanted. Follow it up with suggesting a night in with takewaway and whatever for the day and then tell her a few days before that you have to go away and that you can still do the night in on the 13th.....
