Thanks guys Have another problem now!!! I thought i'd try locking the door via the central locking button on the key, leaving the car for 30 secs and then opening the door by using the key in the door. (my Celica's alarm used to go off if you tried opening the door with the key without disarming with the button on key). First time I have ever used the key to enter car and what do I find? Well, now I know I won't be able to open the door if ever the battery runs out in the key!! The Bloody thing would'nt open! the key wouldn't go fully into the lock it was as if there was something inside the lock (maybe a broken off tip of another key) It almost went in but not fully and wouldn't turn at all. I'm I looking at getting a new lock fitted? doe's anyone know of a way round this? Cheers Josh.

Hi Had my JDM Fairlady about 6 months now and just wondered the other day if it had alarm!!! Does anyone know if JDM's have alarms fitted as standard? I have the flashing red light on dash but not sure that means an alarm is fitted.! Have had and imobilizer fitted for SVA but if anyone can tell me how I can tell if an alarm is fitted standard I'll be grateful. Is there any way of telling other than smashing a window to get in?? Hi Has anyone here installed the AAM Spec Angled Intake Plenum Spacer ? I am thinking of getting one but was hoping someone could give me their thoughts on it. I like the fact that no other modification is required. i.e. can use stock strut bar. Any advice would be much appreciated Josh

Hiya Just wondering where everyone buys their performance part from in USA? I am looking at buying an Intake Plenum Spacer, either the Motordyne or AAM and Nismo CAI Performance Nissan http://www.performancenissanparts.com/index.html have the motordyne and CAI in stock, however, they don't make it very easy to purchase from them!! 1. They won't ship to another address other than the address your credit card is registered at. (I wan't mine delivered to work) 2. They won't ship for 10 days unless you fax them a copy of both sides of your credit card, photograph from ID card (passport) and comformation of your banking details. 3. approx. £100. shipping charge. Where does everyone buy their parts from? and is the above the norm for trying to buy from USA? I know that CourtesyParts http://www.courtesyparts.com/ ship to addresses other then billing address but unfortunately they do not stock the Motordyne Plenum Spacer. Would really appreciate some other alternatives. Mind you, the best solution would be to find a UK suppier for these items! Hello I'm going to install a Fresh Air Intake and was wondering which I should get. Any of you guys have any opinions as to which is best? I have narrowed it down to 3, but if anyone knows of any better ones I'd be glad to hear your views. AEM HKS Racing Suction Kit Injen I'm not looking for the noisiest! I have installed a HKS F-Con SZ and upgraded the exhaust (milltek cat-back), fitting a Cold Air Intake will the last upgrade for a while before having it tuned on a rolling road. Any Help would be much appreciated in deciding which one I should go for. Cheers Josh

Thanks for the reply prescience. I have had the F-Con SZ fitted not the Pro. To be honest, I am not sure as the the full extent this piece of kit will have until I upgrade my exhaust and Air Intake, however, when it was fitted and adjustments made a Rototest was carried out and an increase in torque was measured at 4000rpm and above. My main concern now is, if the ECU counteracts the adjustments made over time, will it mean that the F-Con SZ is really worth having? I have to admit I am no expert when it comes to tuning and any help you give would be much appreciated. Cheers Josh

Funky I've been trying to order some touch up paint from Courtsey (Pikes Peak QX1), but the fact i'd have to pay $60.00 for a $14.00 Item puts me off. I'd be up for it if you can find enough people interested. Cheers Josh

Hi All Does anyone know where I can get some touch Up Paint for my JDM 350z 2003. My car colour is Pikes Peak White (QX1) and having trouble finding it in this country as it's not a UK spec colour. Tried 'Courtesy Parts' website (USA) and they have it, but unfortunately, they want $65.00 shipping for a $10.00 product!! Anyone know of a website I could order from that does'nt charge so much!! Any help will be much appreciated.
