  1. My 2018 Nismo has just over 20K miles on it. I’ve noticed that the discs on the drivers side are scored and this scoring can be felt when running a finger over the brakes when cold. In comparison the passenger side discs have little to no scoring. I can hear a slight rubbing noise under braking but only when I have the radio turned off. Am I looking at new discs and pads or just new pads? Given I have a Nismo, I’m assuming it would be Akebeno fit I’d be looking for?
  2. Varis Japan new front lip for 370Z Nismo at TAS.
  3. I had an F10 BMW 520D for 10 years. Got it new in 2012 and sold it last year when I bought my 370Z. Absolute tank of a machine. Only mechanical issues I had were left near side wheel bearing went twice and had to replace the rear spring on the right hand side. With the introduction of the LEZ’s in various cities try and get a Euro6 engine.
  4. Varis are unveiling a new aero kit for the 370Z Nismo Mk2 at Tokyo Auto Salon next month.
  5. I’ve found there’s no consistency with orders from Japan with regards to Customs fees. Some orders get charged them, some don’t.
  6. I’ve been looking at potential replacements for the OEM Shift knob on my 370, including the Nismo, Billetworkz and Raceseng options. One that I kept looking at was the OEM shift knob fitted to the new Z, however the only places I had seen it available were in the US for a few hundred dollars plus shipping and charges. I then saw that Nengun were starting to get new Z parts, and contacted them to see if they could get the part. A day later they came back to say they could and what the price was. Order placed and then the wait for them to get it in stock and to send it to me. Finally received it during the week and then had some time to install it today. Getting the old shift knob off was a job and a half. Even following all the tips on YouTube, still ended up destroying the old one. Anyways, enough waffle, a pic of the new Z shift knob installed in my 370Z Nismo.
  7. Got mine installed today. To anyone due to get 1, once you remove the protective wrap that’s been applied to prevent scratching, give it a wipe with an isopropyl alcohol or similar to remove any glue residue from the wrap. Another thing to note is the overflow pipe is a very tight fit to get back on.
  8. https://www.instagram.com/p/CzufnNWP4dA/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Saw this Australian 370Z on IG. Definite 911 vibes to the rear end, especially the way the Fairlady badge has been aligned.
  9. The AutoTrader vids I’ve seen with Rory Reid and female host who I don’t know name of have been good.
  10. Without the TV show, will the magazine and website continue to generate enough revenue for the BBC to continue with them, or are they sufficiently stand alone now that they can survive without the show.
  11. Canadian guy who has done it on YouTube. He also wrapped them.
  12. Went well. Map lights, mirror vanity lights and boot light.
  13. Thanks Olly, I’ll fit them later. Regards, Mark
  14. I just received a set of these, and they came with a pack of 5 resistors. I have an 18 plate Nismo. Will I receive Canbus errors if I don’t install the resistors? If I need to install the resistors, where do I need to fit them?
