I got the 1/4" drive set a few years ago from the same range, and it's been brilliant, the only thing that has broken is the plastic clip that locks the case shut, and that was only because I dropped it!

After a fun day at Combe yesterday I've used the best of my front brakes so time for a replacement! I've been running standard discs (on the car when I bought it) with DS2500's, Goodridge lines and ATE TYP200 fluid and they've worked great, no fading and always a nice consistent pedal.

Pad wise I'm thinking stick to what I know and go for DS2500's again, or just wondering if there is a better alternative to try, such as CL, Hawk etc? Car does maybe 6-8 trackdays a year, gets driven on the road so will need some half decent braking from cold. It's not a daily driver so not worried about squeaking/squealing when cold. Not really a strict budget as I'd be happy to pay more for something better than the DS2500's if need be.

And for discs, I'm thinking either of these but swaying more to the DBA's? Anyone had experience of using them, or recommend any alternatives?

Just offering up the tyres that were on my spare wheels when I bought them, I've had a set of 888r's fitted to them now so don't need these. Located in Bristol, cash on collection preferred but can be wrapped up to be posted from next week if need be, although probably not worth it as it'll cost more than the tyres are worth to post them!

Had an email earlier in the week from Combe, the 12 o'clock track session and the ones either side are now a drifting display so they've changed the track time that I'd booked, they haven't updated the booking website yet though by the looks of it

Saw 2 other zeds, a supercharged silver one, and a blue one Mine was the silver one parked on the grass

All booked up, went for the 12.00 and 14.00 track sessions

Screwfix have started doing this a lot recently, having someone by the catalogues asking if you need any help and have you found what you are looking for all the time. I know they're only doing their job, but it does get annoying every time you go in there!

If you go into the section where it says 'book', not the 'club zone' part, it gives you an option for club pass once you've logged in

Just had another look, it's the earlier and later sessions that are discounted to £25 when you apply the discount code, late morning/early afternoon stay at £30 after you apply the code.

Has anyone else managed to get the discount to work for track time? I tried booking it last night, the sessions are £25 each when you add the discount code, but then when you go to pay they go back up to £30 each. Not sure if I'm just doing something wrong?

Run the m2 in mine. They don`t sit that low at all, removed seat cushion to get right down in the car but need to modify rail to get it proper low

Does the aftermarket seat still sit lower with the m2 subframes than the standard seat?
