  1. Argos clearance section on their website usually comes up with some good TV deals if you're not after the very latest tech, got a really good deal on my 55" Samsung as there was a new model of it that had just come out. Click and collect from your local store too which is handy

I've had one of those covers constantly on a project car sat on my Mum's drive for over 2 years now (one day I'll get round to starting it!) and its only just starting to go a bit thin over where it touches the wing mirrors and back back bumper, so they are definitely pretty hard wearing! :)

  3. Mines probably been doing it for 3 months or so. I have had to change a cam position sensor, and also a rear lambda sensor since I've had the car (about a year) but I can't really tie-in when it started doing it to me doing any work on the car. I also changed the plugs as part of a full service/fluid change just after I bought the car but that was a good few months before it started doing the low warm idle thing!

    No joy...

Accelerator pedal relearn worked and throttle closed worked, but idle reset didn't, must have done it 30 times with a stop watch. Then done the 1st 2 resests again and tried the idle relearn again 10times and nothing... the cel light doesn't even start blinking after pressing the accelerator hard 5 times, its a pain in the ringo.

But after playing with it for a while I think its only not holding the idle instantly after warm starts only, on cold starts it seems to hold without bliping the throttle.

Iv been doing more reading and theres a lot of American people have had a similar issue after disconnecting their battery for a few hours or more like I did, they claimed it relearnt itself after a week or two. So maybe I'll live with it for a while and see if it gets better or worse..

Mine does this too! Doesn't always stall but revs drop very low after a warm start unless you blip the throttle. Not tried any resets or anything like that yet, I've just got used to blipping it a bit when starting it warm.

  5. Thanks for the replies :) I did wonder how much we would actually use the video function and how good it would be. Might just try a cheaper one that streams to your phone first and see how much we actually use it! We've got a sound only monitor that was given to us but it's not the best hence me looking to get a new video one, so if we don't hardly use the video function then I'll get a better sound only one!

  6. Evening all,

I'm after a video baby monitor as our little one is in her own room now. Anyone got any recommendations? There are so many about, all with varying reviews on Amazon/Ebay, even the well known brands seem to have bad reviews from quite a few people.

Not too fussed if it has a dedicated parent monitor to view, or whether just streams to a smartphone/tablet as we've got those downstairs anyway. Budget wise, they seem to range from 100-200ish, so go with that?

    Thanks :)

  7. Great start guys, keep the names coming

Bit of self promotion: If anyone wants a boot divider brought down (and avoid P&P charges) I should have enough time to squeeze one in :teeth: Just let me know :)

I'll have a boot divider please if you can sort one out :) Been meaning to order one for a while now so perfect opportunity! An all black one please, like the first pic in your thread in the trader's section

Also. I'll see you all at the show, I'm traveling up with a mate and we're aiming to get to Combe about 7.30ish
