  1. I've been meaning to post on here for a while! I got my 2007 HR last March and booked in a P3 service and all the fluids to be changed, at Horsham last September - absolutely fantastic job and extremely knowledgeable to boot. They listed every problem they found (just suspension wear and crap front discs) and advised on suitable upgrades. Hats off to these guys as they certainly know their stuff and were very thorough in what they did to the car. I'll certainly be taking my 350z there for future services
  2. This number plate looks very familiar....will have to check back through a few photos but I think this may have been a friends car...if it is, he would have been the first owner Edit-this was my friends car and he's delighted to hear of it being on the forum! He said he loved that car-great for fetching Christmas trees apparently!
  3. Flippin' good deal, just got new Brembo front discs and pads for £150
  4. Budget for a new hood, you can see it's starting to go on the drivers side on the bottom corner, ask for more pics of the interior-need to see condition of seats etc. Take a note of 350zedd's comment about the petrol too.....
  5. Had a mk3 2l mx5 for 2 years, always felt it could have had more power....I had a Type R for 5.5 years, nothing made me grin the way the Type R did......until I got the 350 8 weeks ago, the HR engine-now I have a wide grin again driving it - 350z hands down...
  6. Well, I've had the Zed about 8 weeks now and it will be a keeper so I'm getting it tidied up and for the first time ever, I've booked a professional detail-I have all the kit but due to a back injury 10 years ago, I can machine polish 3 sections before my back seizes and with my busiest ever wedding photography season, I can't afford to aggravate my back. So far the engine has been cleaned, wheels refurbished and now the car is in with a local detailing guy who I have to say is fantastic-I'm quite fussy and he's been excellent as I have some knowledge of waxes and polishes and it's great to be able to talk the same language and to get the reassurance that he's using good stuff. This is a pic I took today and I'm hoping to get it back tomorrow or Thursday, he's also wrapped the notorious door switches, replaced a broken '350z' rear badge, sealed the freshly refurbed wheels and is using Chipex to treat some stone chips and 2 scratches on the passenger door but already the paintwork has so much depth to it! I can't wait to get it back I can thoroughly recommend Ian @ Demon Finishers based just outside Cirencester.

  9. Hey Stoner-the Roadster was me! Spotted you taking it easy on the dual carriageway and saw on here that you picked it up yesterday-looks very nice! Great to get a wave too! Whilst I may not be able to make many meets due to working weekends, if I see you around, I'll be sure to wave! Enjoy the z, I love mine!
  10. Top down on mine too yesterday 😎😎😎
  11. Hi all, We picked up our Roadster a few days ago and are absolutely loving it! Having owned a Type-R a while ago, then tried sensible with a diesel - got bored, got an mx5 but husband is too tall and the search began for a decent 350z roadster which we found in a little village near Worcester. This will be a keeper and planning to get the alloys refurbed this summer and just small scratches and dings taken out but she doesn't need more than that! Looking forward to seeing a few more z's in the Wiltshire area
