The difference was i found myself sitting higher in the GT to the Nismo a bit different. But the seats were like you say electric and comfortable. Sounds like a plan. Also you could even trim it alcantara and leave the front bit of the seat base red leather if the centers going to be black alcantara
Similar colour scheme to some of the new Z interiors with red and black.

Seats red side bolsters and black alcantara. Or recaro nismo style seats red alcantara black bolsters. Then Nismo alcantara kneepads hard to find or retrim current kneepads red alcantara.
Can get the alcantara and retrim the kneepads. So you get red bits but not all red everywhere. Contrasted like the steering wheel

If I'm spending £50k it wouldn't be on a '400z' its on a used GTR
I'd give the bloke low £30k's for it.
Thats what it would cost you in Japan....Lol. but with these customs discounts and time never know what theyll be worth in 12-18 months. Production is flowing now. Many sitting for sale.

V5C last issued 21st March 2025 so guessing still not sold but listing ended on eBay.
Yeah still is on Pistonheads. Its not that people dont have the money. Its just the extra 15k premium for what it is. He should reduce the price 46k it will sell

Think the car sold this week shy of 50k most likely. Cant see it anywhere on autotrader or ebay. Well seems to be a market there 😂. At 5k margin i reckon. The discounted duty is definitely working.

Reduced by £5,000. Guys was dreaming. Now close to realistic price.

Crazy money indeed. I reckon you could import a Nismo at the end of this year for near £55,000.....because ive seen a Nismo for around £44k discounted from £51,000 with few miles.....if discounted duty stays the same its possible along with local depreciation
On top of that theres 180+ for sale in Japan and theyre coming down.
Patience is key to not getting ripped off. The margin here on this particular car is about £9,000+ 😉..because theyre 37k new locally for ST model. Yes the seller will make more than 9 bags as the yoof say.

So we have a 22kw at home it charges the Kia ENiro in 4-5 hours from 20-80%. Its charged once a week if that. But cost around £3. It would be cheaper with Solar.
Most homes that have a charger probably use 7kw thats 11 hours or so.
People who have Octopus Energy or EV Tarriffs charge overnight when its cheapest. Between 12 and 5am.
-
Lol, buying a car from Brum....fair play they put the trim as ST. So yeah theyre 37k+ in Japan.

The company I work have also payed for the installation of charging points on employee's driveways, but the vans are only getting charged when the electric is at its best price, so the vans don't get fully charged 🤣
With a 22kw it should take 5 hours. But theyve only set it to charge at certain times. On their EV tarriffs.

Yes, our engineers are having1 1/2 hour lunch breaks so not completing all the daily jobs as they need to charge.
For some reason they thought they would charge in their own time…I don’t have a home charger as my house was going up for sale when I got the EV and they won’t move it so I spend 1 1/2 hours 2 days a week charging so I have a charge to get to sites. These are all expensive third party chargers and I get warnings all time about my ppm as they don’t get my 10pm kwh cost at home 🤣
Sounds like a slower 50kw charger or granny charger. Some cars cant take Supercharging. Even without supercharging shouldnt be over an hour. If charging to 100% 80-100 is slower.

Car designer for sure. Looks good!

£60,000 the profit margin is 5-8k per car depending on discount....for a car that does 3.4 seconds to 60. Beats the preface lift F type on quarter mile (11.4). Beats many supercars, keeps up with 812 Superfast for 400 meters as seen on youtube is not a bad price. Yeah you could pick up any of the others. But it takes some bravery to bring a car like this to the market when no one has bothered. The only thing that can compare the MX5 is its a roadster. Aside from that theyre not comparable as the target different markets. Theres a reason people choose SL AMG, Z4, F Type Roadster as opposed to the MX5. Theyre looking for a GT experience not a small sports car experience. Also the cars two times the size of an MX5 and quite wide.
A case of each to their own with the Cyberster. Its sold over 3000 just hasn't sold many in China just above 1000 cars for various reasons including practicality. Thats why theyll bring the 4 seater coupe to market at the end of the year. At least they tried on a section of the market thats 28%. It was always a tough sell. In China there are other cars that sell more than MG. MG sales are mostly international markets
Running costs are low on certain pre 25 plates. £190 tax £999 insurance. 4 pound a charge with a home charger cheaper with Solar. UK is probably the only market that didnt offer lifetime warranty. Thailand, China did Australia offered 10 years warranty possibly due to expected low sales. Also Thailand is a third party running the show there. Car cost 60k there too and it still sold more than UK.
Its got people talking which was the aim of the designer. They needed a Halo car and it will probably be end of life within a few years.
