  3. Here we have a stock intake pipe and stock airbox with a filter(which needs replacing) This is very different as I've not seen another intake pipe with a resonator pipe this is for those who want to quieten down engine noise Price - £20 ono Location - Essex Postage within the UK - £6 Pictures
  4. So been a few weeks not buying any goodies and was interested in a rear diffuser but nothing over the top. So decided on a circuit sports rear diffuser which turned up today, I'll take some pics when fitted but here it is in all its glory for now
  5. There's a few buddy but not many... I went for a Momo Automatico shifter but considering going back stock if I can get hold of a better condition one to buy
  6. Loving the alloys buddy, also what front Splitter is that ? Very subtle but I like it
  7. Yes this normal buddy press the brake to the floor sorta stamp on it one hard time and it should hold the car at lights on hills etc etc
  8. right guys so a few weeks ago this turned up so last week i set about fitting it and i must say it is a very well manufactured kit feels completley OEM, as the tiptronics should have come from the factory imo so all i can say is install is very straight forward comes with a template that needs taping on and just drill 6mm holes through the lower steering column which bolts on the paddles paddle loom needs earthing which i took from my imobiliser loom and the gearshifter end just needs a live which i took from the radio its a plug and play loom from the gearbox so its a simple one out new one in whole install took about 1 hour. only problem i had was pluging wires into loom before threading them through column first so i had to cut and resolder but it was not a problem. and here it is installed i gotta say this out of all the mods i have done so far this is by a country mile the most fun and worthwhile. i would advise anyone with a tiptronic to take the plunge and buy one of these kits....Epic :
  9. So as mentioned in my previous post i was attending a local dyno meet so would have been rude not to have stuck her on the dyno to see what she was running and if mods had made any difference pre-map. So i was last on the dyno but i guess they saved the best till last.... any way first off there was an issue with first and second but realised very quickly it was first and second speed limiter so third was my magic gear when things started to happen. final outcome was 257.6 ATW and 235.6ibft of torque which i was very happy with as this roughly equates to 15% drivetrain loss so 296bhp@the crank or at 20% loss 309.4BHP@the crank so im very ready for my 350z Uprev map 20% drivetrain loss for tiptronic 350z's it was great day though with tea and a BBQ !!

  12. right guys had a spare half hour today so fitted throttle body spacer again very easy to fit, havnt had time to test yet to see if it feels any different
  13. I'm very interested in this buddy don't forget to bang up a guide
  14. Is it possible to just order a new orange gasket as mine has seen better days ?

    Stock intake pipe

Yes buddy that's the resonator just there to reduce intake noise as far as I'm aware ZMANALEX is correct as always I have a jdm 350z
  16. Just want a cheap stock intake pipe as mine seems to have a resonator which I'd rather delete
  17. Fitted ccv valve today must say a very simple job takes 20 mins at the most Fitted
  18. ive heard that combined with a transgo valve body upgrade its speeds up shifts and transforms the box, but as with everything 350 and auto its a USA only part.... .
  19. So here it goes I had no plans in ever making a build thread for my 350z but as time is moving on bits are mounting up and I'd like to keep a documented post of past and future. I bought our (wifes) 350z back in early December last year, now I have come from a heavily modified world of turbo charged jap motors the last being a forged TD05 starlet running 1.6bar of boost@ 310bhp ATW which I built myself ..... but we recently got married and decided to have just one weekend car instead of the 3 / 4 that we had previously so after much toing and froing the 350z came up and the deal was done. The wife can only drive auto/tiptronic due to a hip replacement so when this bone stock 2002 350z came up i was on it. a low mileage 86,000 changed from kph @ 24,000. So I had no real plans to mod just wanted gt spec rays and some hubcentric spacers and that was it.......... yeah right who the hell was I kidding lol. So as said I started out with good intentions I bought the rays which came with Bridgestone Potenzas on brilliant also picked up some eibach hubcentric spacers front & rear and a RDX Stubby ... great, then I got bored and missed not tinkering so did a full P3 service including plugs, diff oil etc etc, but still not enough so I started thinking UpRev remap and that was my downfall really it was a license to buy every possible N/A mod to get the most out my remap and now I can't stop ..I'll add pictures as I go along but, current NA engine mods are; Horsham Developments Plenum spacer Horsham Developments Earthing Kit HKS Super Hybrid Panel Filter Velocity Stack 06 Intake Mod Japspeed Hi-Flow custom Braced Cats Japspeed K2 Catback Exhaust Resonator Deleted Japspeed Y-Pipe/w enlarged custom flexi’s Sun Auto Hyper Voltage Stabilizer Idle Pulley Delete Mod Rev-up Aux Belts Magnetic Sump Plug NGK Iridium spark plugs x 6 NRZ Engine Gunmetal Billet Oil Cap Motordyne Throttle Body Coolant Bypass Helix Throttle Body Spacer Mishimoto Crankcase Catch Can Setup Motordyne ISO Thermal Gasket Upgrade Works Bell Paddle Shifter (imported direct from the rising sun) A few choice exterior and interior mods but really its all about the business end for me 18†Forged Rays Engineering Alloys 20mm Front Hubcentric Spacers x2 25mm Rear Hubcentric Spacers x2 RDX Stubby Aerial Late Spec Clear Bumper Reflectors Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD Headunit Parrot Bluetooth Device Aluminium Interior Vent Trim OE Parcel shelf LED Bulb interior Upgrade Momo Automatico Leather Shifter USDM Rear Clear lens conversion Correct Sized Jdm Rear Reg Plate Not really sure about handling mods guys so advice is welcome. I'm used to fitting handling mods to “a car that was never meant to go that fast†so what doesn’t a 350z come with stock ? Turns out she was a pretty good buy as only fault I've found is typical windows need a hard reset and leaky gasket cover (which is on order from Adrian). I'm hoping to remap around my birthday so September time but I have a dyno day arranged by one of my best pals in a few weeks which I thought would be great to get a base reading before remap so I will post up results as and when (obviously) I know some of these mods may yield very small even unnoticeable power gains but my logic is enough small gains will mount up, i have zero plans to supercharge or turbocharge her as i need a well earned break from forced induction for a while haha. Thanks for reading guys I'll keep this as updated as much as possible please bear with me with pics as I have very few as I had no plans to do a build thread but hey... things change I guess hahafew picies Flyboys velocity stack mod Work bell paddle shifter K2 full cat back Motordyne ccv mod Motordyne ISO Thermal Gasket Upgrade Mishimoto catch canJapspeed Hi-Flow cats (pre bracing)Horsham Developments Plenum spacer
  20. Handy to know as my Mrs is on one of these in spates she has a 3 wheeled electric wheelchair that I thought no chance of it fitting but you've given me new hope haha
  21. Adrian sorted me right out with the motordyne iso thermal upgrade wicked bit of kit well packaged and super quick postage. Many thanks buddy
