Well I used to before it became the trend for nando's boys and geordie shore types.

 

They used to be reserved for people into BMX, skating or rock music, not the case anymore.

Skating, BMW and rock music were all baggy jeans until the skinny jean trend came around...

The 350 was the ultimate evolution of the zed IMO, representing a philosophy (i.e. NA analogue sports car) that is a dying breed. Enjoy them while you still can!

Surely they've been nicked - they wouldn't have fallen off while the car was parked, so at the very least it would've been blowing when you parked it.

I've been saying the same as him about DRS since it was introduced.

I'll be interested to see what changes get made in the next few years, but as I've become a bit of an old fart I suspect it will only move further and further away from something that I enjoy.

I'm tempted but only because I do want to try the 4s. I have no issue running trackday rubber all year round, it's only a fun car after all.

Maybe, but to be honest I think the question of whether the air will be dirtier can only be answered with any accuracy by the engineers designing the cars. I thought the idea of the lower rear wings was to reduce turbulence though.

Yeah, unless there's some weird unforeseen effect on the turbulence behind the car, I'd imagine that the changes (specifically more mechanical grip, less wing and more straight line drag) should make overtaking more possible.

Mark at Abbey Motorsport has said before that they see the best results using the Motordyne XYZ Y-pipe with HFC, and that they should pass MOT if it's up to operating temperature first. Maybe contact him directly to discuss further.

I'm not a big fan. I think they look pretty old-fashioned, so wouldn't consider them except on a classic car (and then probably wouldn't go for them anyway). Go for it if you like them though.

The height of the sidewall profile * tyre width profile is given as a percentage, so 235/40 means the sidewall will be 235 * 0.4).

You'll need to calculate the difference that you're going to create from standard, and find out what the tolerance of the TCS is to determine if you'll cause issues.
