i've started a new intense training for the next 2 months, no supersets, no inbetween press ups etc.. no light weights.
Yesterday done bench press started on 100kg 4 reps, then 110 4 reps then 120 2 reps then 130 2 reps then 150 1 rep, then 160 1 rep!! killed me (obviously with a spotter but minimal help as possible.
then on to incline dumbells, just 5 sets of 4 reps at 50kg (highest my gym has)
Then decline 120kg, 5 sets of 2 reps!
Boringggg no pump, no burn, no fun. for 2 months. but apparently its strength building??
160kg bench after sets and then 5 sets of 50kg Dumbbells, that form though?

Hey guys, my first sale post so be nice
All parts fine for delivery apart from diffuser, which I would prefer collection (as I would hate to see it damaged) but don't have a problem posting if buyer is ok with it I'm located in Wrexham, north wales if anybody is interested, and I am attending 'trax' in a couples of weeks so I can bring anything with me.
Diffuser - SOLD
Door Handle - SOLD
Boot Mat (general wear but in good condition) £15 + shipping (will have to check delivery price if buyer wants posting)
Rear/boot strut brace cover, few marks but nothing deep, ideal for painting (includes 'z') £30 + shipping (again will have to check shipping cost)
If the shipping costs are not that expensive I won't mind covering it. Any more pictures just let me know, if you could pm me please as my notifications for the forum isn't working right to my phone at the moment .
Thanks,
Olly

It's recommended to have top and bottom gaskets, otherwise it's not a tight seal. See pic below for example:
Right ok no problem, let me know what you have

Looks like you are missing
- All bolts and washers for the plenum
- Strut bolts and strut spacers
- Gaskets for the spacer
- Nylon spacers for inside the plenum
Can you supply these by any chance? Or know who can?
Thanks again,
Olly
I might know a man who can
I'll see what I have left in terms of stock. I know I have gaskets, plenum bolts, Nylon spacers, but I believe I'm totally out of strut bolts and spacers. I will check for you this evening.
Thankyou wasso! I think I have a gasket attached to it, I'll check when I get to work this evening
Thanks again,
Olly

And don't forget the plastic spacers that you will require with the longer bolts.
On second thoughts, might be a plan to post up a picture of all the parts you have received in case some other parts are missing.
Hi Alex, these are all I got and the plenum spacer and an air filter, didn't get anything else with it.
Thanks again,

exactly throttle body spacer the spiral grooves are supposed to improve air fuel mixing can't quite believe that
the gasket looks like a phenolic or other insulating intake gasket it goes underneath the plenum to insulate it from the engine to reduce plenum temperature which theoretically reduces intake temperatures
as for bolts you will need longer bolts for the plenum and the throttle body i think they are all M6 but dont hold me to that get them where you can ideally avoid stainless unless passivated most stainless bolts used in the motor industry seem to be yellow passivated which basically stops them reacting to dissimilar metals i always put mine in with a bit of grease or copper grease.
Absolute massive help!! Thankyou!
Thanks again,

Pair of rear tyres fitted today in prep for a trip to scotland next week, went for michelin pilot sports again. Car feels so much better with new tyres on.
URGH, Scotland, I can't wait to go again! Jealous !

Hey guys, bought a spacer Along with some other bits and bobs someone took of their car (returning it to OEM before selling) I am
TERRIBLE with cars to please be nice
Wondering what are these ? Throttle body spacer and some sort of gasket?
And didn't get any extended bolts etc with the plenum, it's a normal 5/16, where's the best place to get my hands on some?
Thanks,
Olly

Yeah, I mean I've never tried big numbers if I'm honest, but I suppose thats the difference between body-building and power-lifting, building muscle versus just getting the weight up
