Basically looking to change my exhaust system to what a friend of mine has which is ; 'a tomei extreme back end, an a motordyne y pipe with a straight pipe' And wondering whether anybody has ran 2, as I prefer the idea of 2 exhausts to the 1 (purely for looks) and if so what pipe setting was used? Hey buddy! Took me 2-3 years, with a lot of trials and fails 😅 I do diet plans etc for a lot of clients in my spare time if anybody needs anything of the sort. Saw some people saying something about multivits.... I would say multivits are just an essential, nevertheless, the amount of varied veg, fruit and meat you would have to consume and the amount, it just isn't worth it for the sake of 1 tablet in the morning. And anybody with structure issues for example weak bones, tennis elbow etc, I suffered with this, a tablet called 'glucosamine sulphate' and a good fish oil sorted me right out Olly Sounds like my kinda guy lol. I competed in Men's Physique for UKBFF last September (some pics on here on the earlier pages of my progress) Currently doing intermittent fasting and seeing increased strength but less fat build up, and then will start to carb-cycle and add in cardio from May to get ready for end of July stag do I was thinking about it this year! But I know a lot friends who participate, so I know what the competition looks like, so I will probably take 1 more year to bulk up a bit ! How did you get on? Have to hit me up on Facebook dude! so we've got; P0335 CKP (Crank Shaft Position) Sensor ​and i can't find one for 1003? can't find one for 1003, the one close is ; P1103 MAP Sensor Heater ?? will try again now. symptoms of p0335; Car shuts off suddenly while driving Tachometer needle jumps around or is jerky Engine Speed dips when letting off gas Poor performance which explains a bit ...

i have absolutely no idea! i have finally managed to trip it out (never thought id be happy about that) and managed to do the self diagnostics test (with the blinking) and got some codes. they are: 0035? 1003? Olly

Hey guys, right, as typical as it is, I now can't even get it to trip the ecu, it's now changed its mind what to do, so now I can't even do the self diagnostic test? i have the exact same problem!!! i'm getting it on a ramp a week sunday!!! please let me know what you find! although i think mine is the bearing, because the noise is only coming from one pulley!! So i will also post my results. anybody know how expensive i'm looking at for the bearing ?!? Thanks, Olly

Hey Guys, Another question, my zed will rev past 5k in first and second gear 100% of the time, third gear 50/50, and never in 4th, 5th & 6th. I'm not a big car guy (as some of you may already know ). I've recently just changed my oil, oil filter, spark plugs and battery. So i'm guessing its a thermostat/thermometer problem? not telling the edu that the engine is warm so its holding it back? BUT, when i do rev past/hit the 5k revs, it will trip out the ECU, turning my check engine light, my traction control and the usual, and obviously then i have to reset it. but this is becoming a big pain in the ass, as i've got my rev limit to 6k anyway, but sometimes just want to have some fun..... Anybody have any idea's please let me know, as the last thing i want to do is go into a garage with absolutely no idea... Hey guys, just an update, replaced the battery, starts sweet as a but👌 with no hazards flashing either, but as per usual, as you fix one problem, 2 more occur 😤 Here's a picture of the battery now I've attached, to help anybody else out. Thanks again everybody 🙌🙌

Right okie dokie, as far as I know, the battery hasn't been changed in 4 years at least, and the car is a 2003, so I'll start with that and keep you posted, anybody know where is a reasonable price and reliable?

Car is having problems starting, when I do get it started, the battery reads a comfortable 14v ?!? Changed spark plugs Sunday just past, so I know that's not the problem, and when I do eventually start the engine, my hazards flash?!? Literally only JUST started this morning and I'm not a big car guy... Cold weather might have something to do with it? But even my old crappy Clio never did it 🤔 Thanks ! Olly

Got my new rims the other day, and well, pretty much just wanted to share with everybody; What she used to look like ; What she looks like now ; First change to it since I've got it, what does everybody think? I went wider than the originals, about 4 inches wider on the back and I think it was 3 inches on the front Olly
