  2. you absolutely did the right thing but walking away. how come you moved out of your house and not her?
  3. I have an astra 1.6 that I use as a daily and I keep getting in the zed in the mornings instead even though I know it will cost double the fuel. Never regret it though and always get excited at the end of my work shift simply because it means I get to drive it home.
  4. to be honest I would have assumed this was the law anyway. Otherwise you could commit a crime, drive into a garage, get car wrapped a different colour and drive out straight passed the police GTA style.
  5. ah brilliant, hopefully it will just be a case of swapping over the pipes. I have no idea why the previous owner put up with this. :S Thanks for the info! any job that can be done without jacking the car up is an easy one.
  6. been researching and I think I just need to get to the pumps behind the drivers arch then swap round the pipes. though I suppose it could be the electrical connectors which are muddled, I guess I will need to see which way I need to pull the stalk to activate the headlight jets.
  7. Hi all, My washers operate back to front, when I pull the stalk towards me the rear washer jets are activated, when I push the stalk away from me the front ones operate. Am I right in assuming it may just be a case of swapping the washer lines over? Can someone point out where they are located? I have no idea how this could have come about, I assume someone’s pratted about with them and mixed up the lines on reassembly and not noticed/put up with it. Thanks
  8. can you buy the car back off the insurance company? i think thats a thing you can do? :S if so do it then break it down, i think breakers do this and cars cost them a couple of hundred so you could easily make the money back and then some! I really dont know if this is a thing or not but if it is i would absolutely consider it!
  9. i bought mine a couple of weeks ago and found the following video very useful...
  10. Im jealous of how clean your front bumper is. mine has a silly amount of stone chips on it. makes cleaning the front end pretty disheartening. next thing on the to do list will be a respray.
  11. brakes do need time to bed in, normally around 300 miles i think. there are methods of bedding them in but im not too familiar with them. Your judder could be that and may just ease off as the brakes bed in.
  12. I'd just feel sorry for that guy. How insecure must he be. Lol Sent from my D2303 using Tapatalk
