Oh right I thought u needed a ticket per person for entry (ie walking in) then if ur on a club stand u then need a club stand ticket (just 1 for the vehicle). Only thought this as thats what I was told when I called about tickets haha
That's what she 'Zed' :-/
Because Bobby has a stand ticket, and is going on his own, he can take another person in his car and it will save them from buying a public entry ticket
you dont need a stand ticket AND a public entry ticket
-
Haha I think it's 1 ticket per person mate
That's what she 'Zed' :-/
The stand tickets are for the car and not per person, it allows you to take up to 4 people in the car
Obviously though with the zed the ticket can only cover 2 people

I'd love to go and watch this if I didn't have plans that weekend!
Although it is go karting... so that does make me a little happier about it!
Hope you do well anyway Andy

Does anybody know if there will there be a West Midlands convoy?

Can you get a gloss finish on a wrap? All the ones I'v seen don't and look terrible! If fitted correctly you can't beat real carbon products!
My mate does the carbon dip, now that looks good as you get a wicked finish! After I fit my chrome bits into my engine bay I'm getting a few bits dip by him so I'll put pics up and let you see
not 100% on the range of carbon wraps but you can get gloss in other colours, can get a REALLY glossy black (personal experience)

Thanks guys that sorted it
I did notice under the passenger seat there was a white connection block in the middle with nothing plugged in? Any ideas what that is for? It's plugged in on the drivers side.
Ta
I'm no expert but i'm pretty sure that should be plugged in to something... I think its for the airbags... which is why if i give mine a fiddle and do the airbag light reset that sorts it
somebody with more knowledge will let you know for sure though

If you're going to buy a Mini 0801/0803/0805/0806 get it from JooVuu. UK based and warranty
https://www.joovuu.c...ion-car-cameras
I had to send 2 back as they were buggered but I got replacements within days, not weeks if they were going back to China like most other sellers.
Thanks Mate. I see there is a 0806 out now.
I've got a mini 0806... upgraded from the 0801
massive difference, the quality of the 0806 is much better in terms of recording (mostly noticeable at night/low light) but also the build quality...
I'd honestly recommend the 0806

I think its a white connector block under the passenger seat that does mine, I kind of push it together a bit then do the reset of the airbag light and it goes away until it gets knocked again!
Turn the ignition on, wait for the airbag light to go out and turn ignition off, wait 3 seconds and repeat 5 times (something like that)

you can take the motor apart and clean/replace the brushes or you can buy a new motor
I just bought a replacement motor from the US for about £110 inc all customs/fees etc. and fitted it... pretty easy to do and the window is now even better than the other one!

really good job, I could see the car had some serious time spent on it at Shelsley! Shame it got so bad just a day later
I'll be looking to do some polishing on mine soon, just need to buy some pads and compound but was a little worried about the quality of nissan paint

I always hate hearing about troubles like this! Sorry you've wasted the time and money on it
Those pictures show it to be a truly awful job... can't see his bodyshop lasting long if that's the quality of work
-
Can't take any credit for these, I only found them
The photographer uploaded them to his facebook as "Shelsley Walsh Breakfast Meet - 08/03/15 - Part 1" So hopefully any missing cars will be in part 2!
Either that or i've missed them while putting this together, and I apologise!

Whilst we've got a few locals looking at this thread what garages are you using? Only need some basic bits doing but that includes brake fluid and not sure who to trust after reading mixed reviews on non Nissan specialists.
There's MGT Racing, they are skyline specialists but know their way around a 350 too
