Heres my bay just changed the intake hose to a Samco intake. does anyone know what this hose is for as the new samco intake doesnt have connection for it?

Im now swapping the samco over again so if CEL comes on ill do the pedal dance and check again

Nothing came up on the speedo or the cluster where should the code have been.

What is this pipe on the intake for on my samco on there is no where for it to go?

I didnt disconnect the battery no , but i was very careful when removing the maf, i didnt disconnect when i changed the airbox to pop charger but i understand what you are saying i know they are very sensitive

Ill take it down to the local garage tomorrow morning and let you all know what the code/codes are, im busy this afternoon otherwise would have been down there ASAP

Alright guys popped to the shop last night and everything was fine in the car no warning lights etc just normal. Role onto this morning and it is lovely day and sunny so i thought i would swap my intake hose as mine is old and tatty for a new Samco one. Anyway i disconected the MAF sensor, removed my pop charger, disconnected the small hose underneath the intake hose and then undone the 2 clamps and a few screws until the intake was free and then reassembled everything with the new samco hose all hoses reconnected and maf sensor attatched, i turned the car on and the EML light stayed on . I put the old intake hose back on after to see if this made any difference but the EML light stayed on, could this be due to installing the new intake and its just kept the light on. Any help and advice would be appreciated. Jimmy

I have my xbox 360 for sale now i have an xbox one, it comes with 2 controllers (1x wireless + 1x wired), 60gb hard drive and 7 games GTA V,Fifa 15,Fifa 14, COD ghosts,COD black ops,guitar hero legends(no guitar is it broke) and fight night champion + it comes with all the cables and hdmi lead. I brought this from argos for £59.99 a few months back used it a handful of times on the car and its sat in the cupboard since i got an industrial vacuum cleaner for free from work. Ideal for the car and cleaning around the house. £35 posted as its rather heavy
