  1. It's nothing to do with being anti-English, I have a lot of English mates. It's just frustrating that we don't get much of a say when it comes to how our country is run ie MPs, political parties that we didn't vote for. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Colour coded grommets would be awesome if any1 can get it... I've probably spent £40 on primer, paint, lacquer and I've ended up with a sticky grommet that doesn't match anyway lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Tried roughing it with wet/dry paper, didn't help. Might try plastidip. Thanks guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Used a couple of halfords "rattle cans" to brighten up the engine bay and was quite happy with the results but I've sprayed the grommet from my wiper delete and although it looked good at first, after a few days in direct sunlight it darkens down and goes soft/sticky!! I initially assumed I either hadn't left enough time between coats or didn't use enough lacquer so .... new grommet, spent a week adding thin coats of paint, drying then thin coats of lacquer. Same result. Am I doing something wrong or is this always on a happen with rattle cans? I would like to spray my door handles but not if this is gonna happen again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Been on bikes for years, just sold my 08 R1 to buy the 350z, was a flying machine. Tho the Wr450 Enduro bike was awesome Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Added a few more red bits to the engine bay and decided to add silver down the middle 3rd of the engine cover with a thin silver stripe either side. Spent ages taping the design out, was looking good until a piece of tape took some paint with it... gave sanding it down a try but it turns out that very abrasive wet/dry paper + fury = a badly scratched cover.
  7. Looking for an OEM engine cover for an 06 , non Rev-up 350... Needed due to an unfortunate spray painting accident (which I'm not ready to laugh about yet 😢)
  8. I'd say so. You're better off getting the measuring tape out, just to be sure
  9. Probably gonna go for gloss black then but I recon I'll need to wrap the roof and paint the door handles so everything matches... Thanks for the help tho
  10. Aaaaand we're going off the idea of white wheels. The less time I can spend cleaning it, the more time I can spend driving it
  11. Looks awesome. If you're gonna get the wheels sprayed black I would just stick with the Rays... U could spend the money you'll save getting the car lowered 😉
  12. @StevoD the car looks awesome! Is white a pain to keep clean?
  13. Not sure who's car it is, it's from this forum tho. Had a look @ bronze wheels, not into them.
  14. Looking for a bit of advice. The Rays on my Blade silver 350 could do with a refurb, now thisight sound stupid but although I like the standard silver colour I'd grudge spending money getting the wheels done for it not to make any difference to the look of the car. I'm not in love with dark grey rims so figured that leaves me with Black (which I'm not against ) tho it does kinda make the rims disappear, didn't think white would suit the blade silver car until I saw this pic Any1 running white Rays who's looking for an excuse to picture whore??
  15. I was there when they re-earthed it, tee'd into a cluster of earth wires that connected to the bulkhead, I'd have thought that the wiring harnesses would eventually feed back to there. Why do u need to earth it through both?
  16. No just the head unit and steering controls, still running the existing Bose amp, speakers and wiring
  17. Yep 'fraid so. That's a bit too far eh
  18. I might be up for swapping my black interior, where you based?
  19. Paid an ICE company to do it, been back down and they've re-earthed it, hasn't made a difference. It's starting to get on my nerves now. I'm gonna check the amp, see if that sorts it... Where is the amp situated? Is it a pain to get to?
  20. Whine while accelerating (only when speakers have power) and also a strange noise every time I brake, like speakers being unplugged/plugged back in... Only since new head unit
  21. Having the exact same problem after having pioneer app radio fitted, looks like a trip to eBay to try and find an amp. Been pulling my hair out with it!
  22. You had me at "cheaper" Bought a pair of Goodyear eagle f1, get them fitted on Friday. If these tyres are as good as the reviews suggest, it'll be 1 less excuse I'll have if I end up In a hedge
  23. Thanks guys. If rather spend the money getting my wheels powder coated but those damn Police insist that I have tread on my tyres
