In terms of track ready, nor was mine yesterday, just performance mods. Brakes and Suspension = Standard.
There's a thread in Major Meet/event section.
Kl yh I'll have a butchers coz I really do want to do it at some point!

JokeR I started doing track days back in the mid 90's. The first car I took on a track day was a standard 1992 Rover 214si. No mods on it whatsoever and it was only a 1.4litre but I had the time of my life that day I can tell you.
None of my mates at the time would come with me either so I thought f**k it and drove to Castle Combe on my own. Back in those days there where less restrictions (didn't even have to wear a helmet in a tintop car ) and track days weren't as popular or well known as they are now.
It was really great fun and it will be one of those experiences you will never forget.
All you really need to do is make sure your car is road worthy. Eg: all fluids good (brake fluid/coolant etc), all brakes are good and tyres too.
When you get on track just take your time and build up the speed progressively lap by lap ~ try not to get too excited and always remember it's not a race so it doesn't matter if you get over taken by every car on the track just as long as you're having fun.
Cheers mate actually pushed me in the right direction I think that's what I needed to hear haha
Just know if anything goes wrong it's now your fault ok.... Only joking mate nice one!
