Does anyone suffer this problem? I type stuff out on this forum only half of the letters don't appear, the space bar doesn't appear to work properly and if I'm referring back to a previous post it goes back a post shakes on the screen a bit then goes back to what I'm writing. It takes me ages to complete a post on this site as I'm having to go back to sort it out (the cursor has just jumped back a couple of lines on its own accord!!!!!) The cursor seems to flicker madly. I don't have this problem on any other site, is there anything i can do bar sling my laptop against a wall. Anyone have any ideas???
I've had this a few times on my home computer.....thought it was the batteries in the keyboard at first. Seems intermittent.

Lmao that would be very fun apart from they would be in there car lol

Ace, be even easier to trace the car for the insurance......feel a new product idea in the making here. Dragons' den here we come
It's called SmartWater, already exists
Damn...think I would have come up with a better name for it though
To Kraziekatz1. i also park my cars on my driveway and have done so for years both with my 350Z and two Nissan SR20DET S14's prior to that with no problems at all. As Ekona says most cars these days are nicked with thieves actually stealing the keys beforehand so they can knock out the alarm and immobiliser and just drive off. Keys left within 6 feet of the front door are the most vulnarable as the thieves jut use a hook to hook them through the letterbox then have the car away. Its best to leave your keys where they aren't visible and are hidden away somewhere.
Yep, keys are always hidden......usually by the blimin' kids
My car keys are usually in my bedroom...along with my machete...feeling lucky punk?
Not sure we live in a 'machete under the pillow' location. Used to have a Japanese Akita to guard the goods, unfortunately recently passed away......maybe another big dog is required!

Added a couple of pennies to the boot poppers.
EH??
Very nice BTW
to help with the boot opening in 1 click - but replacement springs,I think, are the better way forward - pete's now doing them for the 370 http://www.350z-uk.c...ge__hl__poppers
What he said mate. Boot didn't always open in one click...now does everytime!
Very nice, just ripe for modding...
yep - good selection of colours available to go on top of that primer
To think I use to throw that comment out all the time....now I know how much it hurts
Very nice......look after it for me, will let you know when I'm ready to upgrade
Previous owner brought a GTR so this little relationship could work nicely
No way...seriously? Alex is taking a GTR out on track day so jealous

I was wondering this , I want a shock sensor fitted so if anyone scraps the corner of my bumper with there car the alarm will go off

I'd like one so if anyone damages my car they get sprayed in that permanent dye they use to track bank robbers

I found fitting a K1 exhaust system to mine was a good anti theft measure. Anyone nicking it would wake the entire street just by starting the engine.
Good point, well made.....mine is very loud also

Saw it mentioned in a couple of threads on here so thought I'd share this.
Had a discussion when insuring my previous car about how the location where the vehicle is kept over night affects your premium. I'd always heard that it actually costs more to insure if garaged overnight than if it was on the street, but never really believed it. After a bit of adjustment to my online quote (with Admiral I think) these were the results. All details were kept the same except the overnight location. Pretty interesting I thought...
Just plain crazy....good to know though

Ok, cheers for comments guys....much appeciated

Wow, I thought insurance would go down with a tracker...didn't think of that. I guess I'm just a bit nervous leaving it parked overnight, it's in my driveway but no gates so easy access.

Hey Guys,
Firstly, I was wondering how nickable Zeds are? I have the standard factory fit alarm/immobiliser and was thinking maybe get a tracker which would obviously help recover car after the event, but actually I would rather deter potential thieves before the act takes place.
Don't really know a lot about Anti-theft systems........any advice welcome?

Would like it changed to 370Ad for obvious reason please
Need to change your photo as well mate
Package in the post.....No worries about money, you'll pay me in advice no doubt

Picking up my new 350z today......bought from a fellow member. Can't wait, it's a real beauty
I hope it's not that blue thing that Adam (350Ad) was trying to sell. He did a good job of that accident repair, but I know he was trying to shift it before the engine finally gave up.
Congrats and
Ha...yes, that's the one. Us rookies always get the wool pulled over our eyes
Seriously, can't wait....picking it up in a few hours. Hope it's nice and shiny 350Ad......might need to rethink your username though?
Cheers everyone for the welcomes

I have a Peugeot 4007, Peugeots version of the Outlander (built in Japan). Superb vehicle and one I don't mind driving - 165bhp and shed load of torque so very effective at overtaking. Not bad handling either for a cheap 4x4. Good fun off road too, scared the sh*t out of my wife a few times with my antics. Mainly used for dog, camping and scouting activities coz my 350z cant do this stuff.
We should start our own 4007/350z owners club

I'm currently considering a Mitsubishi Outlander
Or a Peugeot 4007, which is a Mitsubishi Outlander but with a better engine Mine goes off road a lot (and don't tell other half) but it will pretty much drive over anything in it's path including X5's lol

I am completely gutted that I am still to meet my first Zed whilst driving mine Only seem to come across them when I'm in a different car.
Would definitely flash my lights, and probably should apologise now to anyone who's been flashed by a random black Peugeot, need one of those car stickers that says my other car is a Zed lol
