no you get 100% in every gear but just throttle sensativty in the first 3 gears is different Out of curiosity is the remap on lower gears similar/same effect as those electronic throttle controller devises where it has different speed settings (sp1-7) to change the throttle sensitivity? Thanks

Abbey Motorsport replaced the seals on both my rocker covers over a year ago. I assume the kit they use will be pretty similar to this one. All clean and oil free ever since so if done properly it does work and massively cheaper than replacement RCs. David Thanks for the reply mate. Sounds good that it worked out. Can you remember how much it cost you to replace the seals on the rockers so I know what price labour etc to look out for?

Just an update... So I've changed the return valve and washer pump tonight and still no washer fluid is coming out.. 😕 any one got any other ideas ? Thank you for replies

Yea I'll solve one at a time first 😄👠My guess is the white part is the non return valve ?

I was thinking to get this for now and maybe then get an uprev later on with other mods on. Is there a noticeable difference with the throttle controller on?

Yep did the obvious checked if frozen and cleaned so going to try the pump. Anyone know if the windscreen washer pump for imports is the same as UK zeds ?

I have the same problem (oil in around the spark plugs).. Can someone correct me that it's okay to leave this to fix at a later stage (won't cause problems if oil is topped up?) Thanks

It sounds like its coming from under the seat area (underneath car) ... Thought it maybe the clutch poorly fitted or something. But now knowing other zeds do the same, my mind is slightly at peace 😄
