Was looking for 2 new rear tyres and came accross this website www.tyre-universe.co.uk got 2 MPSS for just over the £150 mark delivered, all other sites I saw they where going for around £200 mark.

maybe the girls he was with where complaining about how comfy the bonnet was ? maybe its fuctional

Hi Guys, I know this is probably covered somewhere but I couldn't see it, I was at a meet yesterday and someone pointed out my tyres where on the way out. I looked at the side of the tyres which looked fine but the middle of them where goosed! I take it the pressure was too hard cause un even wear in the tyre ? I will be running standard 225 45 18 front and 245 45 18 at the rear. what pressure would be recomended? Also it was RE050s on the back and thinking about getting super sports on the back, are they that good I would notice? Cheers

Just use the cassette adapter, think I got it out of asda and will be much better than the wireless. Sound quality is very good but I do have a massive speaker sitting next to my left ear

Hey, I notice a lot of Zed owners came from Rx8, Mr2 and BMWs Just wanted to see if anybody came from hot-hatchbacks and how they compared to your Zed. I came from a not so hot 07 civic type S, so I found it a steep learning curve and did struggle to have any control in the corners without the traction control cutting in. Still find the car a handfull tbh but i now expect it. any type r ? ST ? RS ? MPS ? VXR converts ?

She bought the spoiler so she isn't half bad took 6 years of constant bombardment of topgears and talking about cars to have her slightly interested in cars. work in progress

Just went too see the body shop i used and booked in or the chargespeed rear to be done 10th of sept... Hate waiting but awell. Annoyingly though, my nismo spoiler base i didnt get resprayed when fitted, the colour is a shade off and its bugging me. I said to respray it but they are under the impression they cant take the wing off to spray the base because its glued to the bumper. Is that the case

I thought I would give spray painting a go in my engine which turned out to be harder than I thought Took the engine cover, airbox and pipe off, very easu I might add..cheers Nissan Next I wet sanded the lot, and to be honest maybe used to abrasive a paper to start with! Misses lending a hand to spray the primer on, the plan was to spray the engine cover pipe and the filter housing red leaving the MAF sensor pipe and the box black. Don't ask just thought it might have been cool Que up the next mistake I thought it would have been smart to run the car with the parts primed as I thought the hot engine will help it set. As you can see the part the misses sprayed is perfect and the parts I sprayed where terrible Anyways que the next mistake:- I bought some god awful spray paint off fleabay, was supposed to be candy red but was more dry blood red.. sorry They actually look ok in that picture but trust me it was a shocking finish. The paint just seem to wash off and wouldn't stick in certain areas. I also made the mistake of spraying the rubber part on the pipe which flaked off the moment I tried to install it back in the car I left it in the car like this for a month or so but went last weekend and bought some spray from Halfords :- Milano red ( I had a red civic before ) just bought the one tin as was just to see if it would be any better. Took off the engine cover and gave it a quick sand down and wash, the weather being in Scotland was terrible and looked like it could rain at any point. So I thought, F££K it, just sprayed the @*!# out of the cover and actually turned out not bad ! ! no one would pay me to do theirs that is a fact but ok for no effort lol I mean you can see the old sprayed pipe in the picture, the difference is vast ! now just to buy more spray and do the rest !

I have seen a couple of the CS rear with no spoiler danny and it does look pretty sweet. I do like having a big spoiler though, just looking out the back window and seeing the big wing is pretty good. Helps with people with ilegal HIDs blinding you through your rear view mirror. PS smooth black rear with the black lights looks mean as F££K!

Yes, though there isn't that much choice of rear bumpers unless you are looking at veilside. I have to really think what skirts I want as I can't go too low. I really like the smooth look so would like a skirt that sits flush but no too low to contradict myself, there's a thread which RT did which had the Chargespeed skirts with the vents smoothed out, and to be fair, they looked really good. They could be a good option, however I'm not sure how low they are. Thanks for letting me know, it was the groove that was putting me of them tbh. I will try and get a look at how low they sit on other Zeds!

Hey guys, Just bought a new rear bumper, however the driver side reverse light doesn't work and the actual light housing is damaged as I believe the driver before me hit something Anyways it would be a bit silly to put a damaged light into a new bumper so looking for this asap. I have checked with Alex as he only has passenger side at the moment. Thanks Kris

I wanted the Mines lip but it would need altered to fit with the Zunsport grill. I think whatever grill I will get I will go body colour at the sides with the matching black lip. Good shout with the Tarmac step, I need to watch nothing is too low as there is 5 speed bumps between me and my house !

You can have it dip coated I believe, not sure if anyone has sprayed it themselves with high temp paint. I will be looking to do something with mine too in the near future.

Just purchased Chargespeed rear bumper in the last 5 mins courtesy of ray at RT Good day at work so far It has been very popular, and I can see why because I think it is F$$king stunning. Also as I see my choice to 2 tone the spoiler isn't to everyones taste, the bottom touch of black on the chargespeed might tie it in a bit better ?

I wonder if anyone has done any testing on the ZED, I mean the 280bhp will do 0 - 60 in 5.9 and the HR with around 30 more bhp can only take a tenth of a second off this. Bearing in mind these are set on a standard car, What is the difference from a 280 bhp without rays to a 350z 280 bhp with rays and uprev. ( not taking into account plenum spaces or exhaust) ? That too me sounds like sizable improvement that would command a bigger increase in the 0 - 60 but some how it doesn't. ( I know it would be handling wise) odd

I was going for the rustic shot ! It is a big business centre near glasgow that has hundreds of long (un-policed) roads, me and my mates have always went up to that road to drive sensibly
