Have you tried tyreleader.co.uk --> think I paid £120 each for 18" though...may be worth checking out
Awesome — £50 cheaper than Camskill, at £600 and a bit. Strangely I cannot find the non XL versions for the fronts but I don't think this really matters, adds a few quid. My car has the standard 19" wheels that came with the GT Edition, 245/40 R19 front and 275/35 R19 rear.

Just a thought — the Racelogic TCM would make the car safer to let the Mrs. drive in the wet, right? How much is it? Need tyres first. Found some MPSS all round for £650-ish.

Yeah definitely!

Just found this thread. Looking like a great product Adrian. I've an idea for consideration — air guides for the brakes, like how Hiroshi Tamura did on his R32: http://www.pistonheads.com/news/ph-japanesecars/nissans-mr-gt-r-ph-meets/29582

Yesterday morning I decided to enjoy the weather and give my car a proper clean, first time in ages.
Usually it gets a two-bucket wash with AG shampoo, a light dry off and a going over with AG Quick Wax. Quick but not brilliant.
When I have time, I wash, rinse, check for tar etc and clay as necessary with Bilt Hamber Labs. Auto Clay. Cleanse using AG HD cleanser, Bilt-Hamber Finis Wax. Job done. Wheels with BH auto wheel (great product).
My neighbour was singing the praises of Klasse products, and suggested I give them a try so being me: I've done the driver's side in my usual way, and the passenger side in Klasse products (all in one, then sealant glaze).
I just took these photos of the roof on each side after a spot of rain this morning.
L: Bilt Hamber. R: Klasse.
I wonder how they'll hold up to the great British summer.

Nic he's got an auto - I understand it is harder to make them pop. Mine popped on the standard exhaust + decats, it's just better with the posh system. It didn't pop at all before the torque tables were fettled with.
-
Mine burbles at idle and pops on over-run (even on the auto). I have the Motordyne art pipes and Ark GRiP system. I was told that an auto will never pop on overrun, but the torque tables plus map which errs on the side of richness seems to sort that out. To make mine pop is simple: hot exhaust, hold the revs high (about 3.5k or so) and just lightly go on and off the throttle. Pops every time.
I suspect this might have a lot to do with the stiffer shifting from the torque management tables update in UpRev for the supercharger however.

Sure thing.

More seriously, thank you for the replacement part. With service like this true loyalty is built. Recommended.

In which I find Adrian has moved into financial services too. My Torqen pension plan arrived today. A little something for my old age

However, budget for tyres… when I went it was about 34 degrees on the track, tyres at max PSI, lots of drifting. They didn't stand a chance!

+1 for Car Limits. Best value/most useful thing I've ever done as a driver. I use those skills every day! Great fun, good teaching.

Keep the OEM stuff for when you sell your car next year
Hahahah nob off!

Here's a sample of what I've got. Need to think about prices and see what will sell before I list stuff.

You are all very kind… but I must sell some bits before I go on with the shopping list. My butt-dyno and moderate right foot and lessons in car control are my traction management at the moment! A TC would take the fun away! There's a lot to be said for having a mental car that you need to be on your toes to drive.
-
It was about the time you're happy with it, mods now lock this thread!
Haha funny man! I was happy with it before the accident at Westfield, though it took a while to get it sorted with the oil cooler and tune, which is now not running super rich as per your observation when it was at RTP. Then you (yes you Adrian) sold me your entire catalogue of parts hahah.... That gearbox is so much better than the stock config too. The harshness of the shifts was affecting how I could enjoy the car, but with the Level10 stuff the shifts are quick and smooth.
Anyway, I have a fantastic end result..
...save for the drop links which need a look at

I can easily break loose in the wet. The difference is that both wheels spin up, rather than just the 'one wheel wonder' with the old diff! The tyres are a bit worn now too.
-
Boring status update: the air intake temps are consistently reporting 4 degrees above ambient. Even after a jolly good thrashing.
Whohoo!
Plus, that diff in the wet — whohoooo! Lots of controllable fun!

Here is a sound recording made by a passenger. Turn it up, headphones on!

I've asked a mate to share the clip he took of it. Will post back when I have it. Closed roads, controlled conditions etc.
-
…but with a better gearbox, diff and suspension. Yay!…
Oh, and an exhaust that sounds amazing — the properly naughty sound that a car like this should make!
-
Zero issues to report a few days in. No knocking (that I can detect). Not heat issues, temps still nice and low at close to ambient so that drop in intake temps must have helped greatly.
Basically the car is back to the level of performance and confidence that it was at before this years' messing about, but with a better gearbox, diff and suspension. Yay!
-
Wasn't me! Despite often being down that way.
-
Hmm interesting
You say the 2012 model has some sort of cooler already?
2012 onwards yeah — it has some kind of heat exchange between oil and coolant. It was made standard from 2012. I understand that isn't any good for tracking the car, but for enthusiastic driving its fine.

I was wondering the exact same question. Seems not to be an issue.
