Could someone please explain to me in a dumbed down manner, the differences between DE and HR engines. I've seen them referenced everywhere, but nothing to explain what they are. I tried the search tool and google but no luck...

So about me first then, I'm 20, currently working for Adrian flux insurance but I'm going through the application process to become a pilot in the Royal Navy. Been flying since I was about 14 and became a gliding instructor at 18. My car is a 2003 fairlady, brembo brakes and pads all round, azure blue, carbon fibre replica nismo spoiler, standard suspension but may put her onto coilovers in the new year. The most important thing, her name is Natasha... I'll take a few more eventually... Too busy sat in her with a massive grin on my chops!
