Mine is the red 4 piece kit from horsham developments mate, it took away the idle 'shudder' and smoothed out the lower rev range when coming on and off the gas, was suprised that it does all that! Even if it didnt the bay looks better Couple hours left til shes getting worked on and i can give it another full check underneath

Tomorrow 1pm the links and bushes will be going on, along with the gates belts and oil change with silkolene pro s should hopefully keep the thing happy whilst I can plan the mods out need to crack on with painting the wiper arms to, just this minute put aero blades all round looks alot more up to date, still can't believe the difference the grounding kit has made!

Evening all I want to take my trims off the steering wheel and send them off to be carbon fibred, I've tried giving them a little tug but don't want to risk breaking them. Is there any special nack to getting them off or pull abit harder Cheers

Yeah I understand its normal, but the knocking over bumps must be a different thing which I put down to links The banana arms can be replaced with polybush can't they? Yes I do work but come on here a few times a day for a quick browse lol

Yeah it makes the noise when engine is off not on, although when driving over uneven ground there's a slight knocking which I put down to arb links Going to see if a mates does the same later with engine off

We have had the car on the ramp and the bushes seemed to be in good order, was a slight play in one drop link which is why I ordered some. Hopefully it's not arm bushes lol

Morning people What I thought could be roll bar links at the front could be something else now I was cleaning my leathers last night, was doing the steering wheel and when I was turning it back and forth it was making the same noise it does when it goes over uneven ground although I was stationary! Anyone have any experience or know what it is? Steering feels ok I feel, searched about something about a nut on the steering rack needing to be tightened? Any help would be great guys, il still be doing the links and bushes though Cheers Arran

As il be getting silenced decats from Horsham will it make it much louder? The last thing i want is drone and to be to anti social it will either be the oem type tips or the draga cut ones as I like the polished tips on those. Il have access to a ramp at work just concerned about some fitment issues that's all, but you say that there perfect when you've done them so hopefully that will be the case for me

See that looks like oem which is good will listen to the sound clip at home later. Is that a resonated one? I don't like the non resonated one I will see of I can dig out more info on resonated ones Cheers mate When the time comes to order I shall get it through you

Afternoon guys I'm in the position to get an exhaust, I like the scorpion sound but hate the tips. I've looked on YouTube for the cobras they look good but sound abit farty/raspy, would that be because it's non resonated? Basically I can't find any sound clips or reviews on the resonated one. If anyone can put up a link with sound and looks of a resonated one is be most grateful Cheers Arran

Hmmm okay maybe not such a good idea to do them if there's a chance of that happening, could mess with the crank. There has always been speculation over them even over in the BMW scene

Yeah thought that was the gear change light, but a mate thought it was a limiter Don't think they need to rev high tbh although it's a wonderful noise

Evening all Was wondering earlier what's the safe rev limit of our cars, I'm not one for revving high anyway as mine is set to 6200 on the display but it goes to 8000 as the limit? Surely this can't be right or safe? Just curious that's all Cheers Arran

Cheers guys, well I do have a couple hundred spare but that was going to go on the h Dev stage 1 pack and uprev next month so would rather do that first I think but the AMS do sound good, if I have enough next month I will possibly get them
