After searching a while though different threads it appears some people/companies were planning on releasing some carbon steering inserts, does anybody know if this has happened as I'm itching to get a set. Cheers all Arran

Nothing small cojonas about the noise it makes though also its alot lighter than standard, choice of tips is a big bonus to and the price is spot on as is the service from CS

Guys I haven't had the geometry checked since I bought the car, when I'm back off holiday I want to get this done aswell as having the wheels rebalanced (there's a slight vibration through the wheel at a certain speed) My Z doesn't have any mods to the suspension other than Alex's uprated front links and some polybush front bar bushes. What's the best setting to get dialled in? My tyres are wearing evenly which makes me think it's ok but I just want to double check it Cheers all Arran

The Cobra resonated I have on mine sounds the best imo, I spent a while thinking and researching what one to get, will be adding silenced de cats and a Cobra y pipe in the near future. My video of the exhaust is in the cougar store section

Is the eprom not transferable from a jdm car?

Balls that's a bummer, il be booking mine in with you mark in the next couple months when all the supporting mods are on. Guess il have to settle for all out performance everywhere

I ideally want three different maps on mine, one balls out performance with no regard to fuel economy, another with a 'normal' uprev map and another that sets the limiter at 2k for when it get taken to garages etc. Does abbey charge more for doing it? And does cruise control still work?

I've seen that when you go for an uprev you can have up to 5 maps controlled via the cruise control button, I'd like three maps ideally each for different situations. Has anyone had this done, was it alot extra for different maps? Also is there anything to tell you that youve selected a different map? Cheers all

Indeed we can put that to rest now we know, nice cheap mod to do if it makes a difference happy days. Must say don't know if it's me thinking it but my lights on the way home looked clearer and a little brighter when driving? Il get the DA on them on Saturday but for now that's done the job cheers mate

Aaaah got you, didn't realise that. I've seen the rev up conversion for sale on here. If it makes a minor difference then il buy one before I get it mapped. I thought it was the HR box used That clears that up then lol

Late evening all Speaking with Pete ealier we were discussing the advantages of putting a HR airbox on a DE, now we lifted bonnets of both and the DEs box is alot bigger so whats the advantage of using a HR one? For airflow maybe? Not expecting a big gain lol but every little helps before I get the uprev done So guys in your experience what's the reasoning Ta Arran

Just reading on the internet about our engines the DE version, looking at the specs of them. Came accross a website saying they have common problems with tensioners etc. Taking it all with a pinch of salt but thought I'd ask anyway of anyone knew of any if at all problems with them? Cheers Arran

I don't want de cats for there noise I want them for the power they release, but a little noise comes with it so I'm going for silenced ones. With an uprev and plenum spacer along with the de cats is there a noticeable difference to the car?

The non resonated is about 7db louder I believe, I wasn't going to risk getting it just incase it was to loud, especially with de cats and a new y pipe Alot lighter than the standard stuff to so another advantage there

Im loving it Will cant wait to get the plenum spacer etc done, then onto wheels etc

Managed to get a video today of the new Cobra resonated exhaust, must say im sooooo pleased with it sounds beautiful De cats will be on soon hopefully that will make it sound even better
