Well, after umming and arrring I'm finally going to sell my diffuser. I've only owned it 5 weeks and I've decided it doesn't suit my car due to my exhaust. It looks great on others, but just doesn't sit right on mine. It comes grey ready for painting. Beans not included, I'm going camping Pictures of it resting on my car are available here... viewtopic.php?f=26&t=64132 I purchased it from a friend of a friend of a friend for cheap and I'm not looking to make anything on the sale just recoup what I paid. So it is for sale at £80 collected, I can look into delivery costs but have no idea how much that will be yet. I'll also be attending the West mids meet this weekend, so could always bring it with me. I thought it was a bargain and bought it on impulse, I still think it is a bargain.

It looks like you have the plastic version of tha carbon one I have! yours looks really nice but I'm not that big a fan of carbon fibre ( )...that said i did see a carbon roof wrap yesterday that I liked. if I can get mine to look like your fitment then I'll be happy. I looked at the plastidip uk website...I get the feeling that it isn't direct and that it is just someone who holds stocks. Plastidip UK isn't even listed as a distributer on the plastidip.com website yet they have links to a place in norway and russia http://www.acehardwaresuperstore.com/index.php Sell it at £5 a can in the USA....how hard is it to register plastidip.co.uk by it in for £5 a can and sell it for £16....bet (s)he doesn't pay close to £5 as the order quantities would be much larger. Thats why I wondered if any of the traders had bought any in bulk as there must be acceptable margins that could still be made without it costing £16 per tin For instance if I add 100 cans to the basket then I can get them shipped for £161 so that is a total cost of £666 which is £6.66 per can. Lets face it 100 units is nothing and my figure of £5 per unit is inflated if you were a distributer. Obviously I haven't included any import tax but I'm imagining the unit cost will cover this.

Is it possible to get tigerseal off after it has been put on? As for fixing do I just gun the tigerseal around the edge of the diffuser and press it into place; wiping the excess from around where it presses in? Or do you position the diffuser on the bumper and use the tigerseal like silicon on a bath? (bad example but as I've just refit a bathroom it is in my head) Plastidipping is going to happen. I will probably plastidip the Rays as well after watching this review of plastidipped wheels after 6 months of use. I reckon I need 2 cans to do the diffuser and then a can per wheel.. any excess will probably get put on the door handles... Is there anyone here who sells plastidip cheaper than I'm currently finding it online? Also be interested in blue plastidip as I may do a rim job

You are right of course. Certainly don't feel concerned either way of peoples opinions, but value input as I may not have thought of something. My caution comes from never doing anything like this before coupled with the fact that it was a snap decision to buy it. I normally agonise over a decision before going in..I'm all back to front this time. Additionally, popping my cherry on my new pride and joy is another reason for my reticence. i've taken more things apart on this car than I have ever done with previous cars and that is down to this site. I'm sure I can come up with something to match the fluffy dice,a trip to the local £1 shop should suffice.

maybe just maybe you could fit two pencil bags in the main boot with a half set of clubs and then maybe* you could fit two micro fold trolleys in the smaller section... I took my clubs with me to the dealership otherwise I wouldn't have bought one! I got funny looks as I walked in with a full set of clubs. * I have no idea

nope, 1 bag and one trolley or two bags...If two of you are travelling in yours, hire a buggy or trolley there! I can get my tour bag in either part of the boot (put you driver in the middle of the bag and go in with them first and then lower the bottom. I can get my fold trolley behing the strut or my electric trolley in the main part. Enough space then next to the tonneu cover for shoes, rucksack and laptop

Where are teh steering wheel controls if it is a GT??? Does special edition mean you have to hold your phone to your head?

Call me crazy, but I think that looks great, congrats. Loving the roof. Dunno wether to go carbon, plasti-dip or gloss black for my roof. Can I ask how much all the wrap cost?

Here are the pictures of the underside, so can you explain where I would put the tape? as the diffuser is hollow Do I build it up with anything to the height of the edge or am I to put 3m tape around the edge that will touch the bumper?
