Why the different types of 501 for the sidelights and number plate lights, out of curiosity?

Brightness - the numberplate ones would be barely visible next to a xenon, and the sidelight ones would illuminate the entire rear of your car if you used them for your numberplate :teeth:

  2. I did a similar thing, had an iPhone for 4/5 years - use the nexus 4 now and honestly better in every way! Even price!

As for app - there is the official tapatalk app (which I'm using right now!)

Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4

  3. Have now reduced the price.

Hi, I tried to post this before but it was deleted, so I'll try again without the link. I really want a Zed and your looks fantastic, I am selling my much more sensible car (VW Passat CC), they are worth about the same. Is it permitted to discuss a trade or not?

    Matt

Ah yes you won't be able to post links to cars for sale.

No thanks - not looking to part exchange, but if you sell yours give me a shout!

  4. ** UPDATE 20/09/13 - REDUCED to sell at £9,995 - now its a bargain!

After thinking about this decision for a few months and trying to avoid it, I've decided to put my treasured Zed up for sale in pursuit of something less fun (and probably with 5 doors :yuck:).

The car is located in Berkshire.

My car is a late UK GT specced 350z with the 313 PS (HR) engine and facelifted interior and exterior; it was originally registered 15th September 2007.

It has done 52,000 miles* (*Please note this is my daily driver so this will increase)

I've owned the Zed for about 1.5 years now and it has been my daily driver since purchase, and for the first year it was covered by a comprehensive Nissan dealer warranty (which has never had to be used!).

My commute to work (until this month) has been a 50 miles motorway journey, and as such the miles on the car are nearly all motorway miles. I haven't regretted one minute of buying this car, so I'm hoping the next buyer will enjoy it just as much as me.

The Night Blue/Frost Leather is a very rare combo - only available for around ~1.5 years (on the HR model). To this date I haven't seen another in the flesh (only a few on this forum!) It really does look great as hopefully is shown in the below pictures.

The car is completely standard/OEM, all I have done is replace the interior 'yellow' lights with white LEDs to make the interior more modern - which works really well with the Frost leather interior. It has a complete service history, before my ownership everything was done at Nissan dealers, since then I have used 350z specialists that advertise on this forum. I replaced all the brake discs and brake pads within the last couple of months so they only have around 1,000 miles of use on them.

It has Bridgestone RE050a tyres on all corners, the Rays alloy wheels are in good condition but there is slight scuffing on the front (as you will be able to see in the pictures above). The paintwork is in good condition as hopefully is shown by my photos, the only imperfections on the car are on the passenger side rear quarter where my "friend" recently swung her handbag into it, it probably isn't noticeable to someone who doesn't know it is there, and there are a few of the usual stone chips on the front, again barely noticeable.

The interior is in great condition, no rips/tears on the leather and I have conditioned it since purchase; it has the original 350z embroidered floor mats and everything works as to be expected.

Here are the detailed specs if you are unaware what a UK 350z GT spec has:

    - Full electric and heated leather seats (Frost leather)

    - Electric powered/heated wing mirrors

    - Bose sound system (6cd changer AND it has a tape deck! )

    - 18inch RAYS Engineering Alloy Wheels (Lightweight)

    - Multifunction steering wheel (Radio controls/Cruise control)

    - Cruise control

    - OEM Bluetooth phone system

    - Bi-Xenon Headlights (work REALLY well)

    - Brembo brakes

I'm looking for £9,995, and as previously stated the car is based in Reading.

Thanks, and please shoot me a message if you are interested or have any questions.

    Mike.
