so losing sleep now, travel down to harrogate to pick my zed up on tuesday, cannot wait. its. 2005 gunmetal , 41 k . new tyres, brakes, fnsh. and alzean leather and rays as well. feel sorry for my bike now as i think it senses a new toy is coming soon. althgh the zed is close to 300bhp i dont think it will ever come close to the wtf moments a bike can provide. part of the deal with the good lady is i trade in my other car for something super practical and cheap to run. also am a environmental assessor so cant imagine it will look great pulling up in the zed, although i can imagine even the crustiest tree hugger will appreciate its a beutiful car.. il post some pics up when i get it. already order my snow foam, clay and r222 wax in preparation for spending more time with my car than people. any good ideas for a good practical second car, thinkinga little 1.6 civic, maybe a a golf. imlike to stay jap or german(ish) for my cars and bikes. thanks agan to everyone for their advice and input so far b

Couldnt hold off any more. The dealers have agreed to put new rear discs on the car as well. Taxed, mot, warranty one owner from new. Had another person inspect it, said its mint....so ive bought it pick it up on tuesday. hi mate, basically been getting sh/t of the mrs about buying the car and she would prefer me to buy off a dealer. i know i could get a better deal going private but i just dont know that much about cars, bikes yes just not to much about cars. ive got a friend of a friend thats going down to the dealers tommorrow for me down south, to have a good look at the car. from the pictures ive seen its mint got the kinda orange interior, full spec. rays and one owner from new. paying a grand extra for some peace to enjoy my new toy from the mrs and my sister, is money well spent i think. id only have spent the money on more carbon fiber for my bike i thinks. the cars you sent look good although am not keenh on the automatic. also the sunset coulours a bit wild. il keep u posted b

ive managed to get them down to 8600, just seeing how far i can push them. if they went to 8k it buy it right now.with having no experience of these cars its hard to see what a good price. dont ,ight spending that little bit extra for a good yin. its had 1 owner from new as well, there grading to 370. its got rays as well

it was more the warranty, full service, tax and mot i liked. id really like one with a warranty. i can spend up to 10k if needed

Hi all , another up date. going to go see a gt uk 2005, on a 54 reg. 41k . Full years mot , full years warranty and 6 months tax. 8900.. its got alll the toys and looks mint, think am going to put the 200 quid refundable deposit to hold it for a week for me , till i get the train down.. Thoughts... ive got the zed bug bad

how you doing , just joined today. been zed hunting off and on for a while but its getting serious now. really intrested in where people would recomend getting parts from. do people generally go to main dealers for servicing or go private, or a bit of both. thanks and awe the best b scotland

strange day actually, found a car in the same area same colour and same mileage. Turned out it was the car i was going to see tomorrow. But for 7k. It was nice, some service history, but MOT ran out in may , so did tax and it needed front (rear) bush done for the MOT. Wasn't willing to budge.. Without an MOT don't think its worth the risk of getting it month later £400 quid for bushes, £270 for tax, then insurance. Am back up to the dealers price i nearly paid of 8500.. So the hunt continues, am going to stick by what i actually want. UK car, and really want leather , electric seat ( sad but true) ive got more to spend for the right car, but it needs to be the right car...On the test drive tonight i was only the passenger, but Fecking hell , cAn these cars go.. Even more in love with them now Thanks everyone so far for the warm welcome and excellent info. being basically dumb to the 350z , am expecting around a 50k, UK, 2005 ish with service history ideally with gt spec.. around 8K. Glad i joined, 10 minutes and great info all ready. Its advertised as a 2005 v6 300 . just called them and found out it is a uk spec import.. Is this cause for concern? anyway il go have a look cant hurt any i suppose B

Morning all , just joined today. Going to see a zed 2005 v6 300 gt tommorrow 50 k miles. £8.5k.. Which i dont think is to bad. Ive beeen looking at lots of cars gti's, r32 , but ive always wanted a zed and keep coming back for a look.. Is there any real issues i should be aware of with the 2005, issues to look out for. The car was owed by a nissan master tech, full service history etc. Any advice would be great, as i dont have a great knowledge about the 350z other than i love them. Thanks and all the best B
