    Hello,

New on the forum would like to order one probably plain black or with the z in grey (my 350z car colour) or Silver do you have an example photos of these colours at all?

Sorry if I'm being thick from photos these sit vertically inside the gap of the strut brace? I assume they block view from inside car but not though the boot lid window I assume I would still need to get a parcel shelf to block this view or do they block both views?

    Thanks

    Ian

    Hi Ian,

    :welcome: along

I'll see if I've got some pics of the colours you mention. I've wrapped the 'Z' in a variety of vinyl including a brushed aluminium (silver) and brushed steel (grey). I've also done quite a few plain silver ones which match the silver on the steering wheel, so I'll try send you some pics

You're correct in saying the dividers sit vertically underneath the strut brace. They prevent anyone seeing what you're carrying in the boot if looking through the car/cabin/side windows, but would not stop prying eyes seeing what you've got in the boot if looking through the rear window if you're missing the small parcel shelf that's located at the foot of the window (you should have one of these as standard fitment).

    Hope that helps,

    Ian

Mine arrived a little while back and its awesome!! had my first proper drive with it the other day and genuinely surprised at how much it reduced the road noise! Plus it looks awesome too!!

    Cheers Ian

  4. I 'think' this would be the course of action you should take, but feel free to correct me.

    1. Place YOUR number plate on retention with the DVLA (He should pay this, but will include the £80 transfer fee).

The DVLA will then assign an age related plate to your car.

    https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-to-transfer-or-retain-a-vehicle-registration-number

    2. Once on retention and the certificate of retention is received, he can then transfer the plate onto his car (this can be done online before 7pm).

Him offering you his current plate is kinda irrelevant, unless you really want it.

  5. Hi All,

We've secured a 10 car stand space at The Japanese Performance Show (JPShow). It's the only indoor Jap car show in the UK. The location is Stoneleigh Park which offers multiple indoor halls as well as large outdoor tarmac area directly outside the halls.

We've had a stand there the last couple of years and the quality of cars on display (both on our stand and in the Show n' Shine arena) was exceptional. I can only imagine that following last year's success, that this year will be even bigger and better.

Here is a link to last year's event thread. Please check out the pics on pages 6 and 7 for an idea of the superb variety and quality of cars that were on display:

All details of the show and tickets can be found on the website: http://www.japanesep...manceshow.co.uk

Some of the attractions at Japanese Performance Show will be

    • Rolling Road Dyno - test your vehicles power
    • Indoor Show n Shine area - multiple halls
    • Club stand area - designated area for club stands
    • Trade stands - great deals on the day
    • Centre stage with music from some of the leading DJs in the country
    • Prizes/trophies
    • Giveaways
    • RC circuit - free to use, bring your own remote control car or use the ones supplied
    • Race simulators
    • Models
    • Magazine/video/blog coverage
    • more to be confirmed......

CLUB STAND TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE DIRECT FROM THE WEBSITE: https://www.japaneseperformanceshow.co.uk/club-stands

  8. Thanks to everyone tha tcame and special thanks to Andy for organising the club stand  and extra special thanks to for allowing me to ride shotgun on the ill fated track session (sorry the additional weight broke your suspension mate - but well done for getting us off track in one piece). We can get that Mini next year....:boxing::drive1

The weather put a bit of a dampner on the day and I think it had an impact on attendance figures, but at least the rain held off. Certainly a lot to see with the variety of manufacturers, some very nice cars on the club stands and even some rare finds could be seen if you looked hard enough. I did spot a red Fiesta ST with black roof and black wheels. I know :scare: Worth the entry fee alone just to see thatrare beast....

  9. A big THANK YOU to everyone that came along today. Yet again the variety and quality  of Zeds on our stand was outstanding and it's simply down to you guys that make it happen. Without your attendance, I'd just be parked on my own with no one to talk to - just like Humpy was. Twice

Again, many thanks for coming along and making our club stand a success. I hope you all agree it was a fantastic show, with improvements from last year and hopefully JPShow will continue to grow in its success.

Already looking forward ward to next year. Who's coming?

    Cheers all, Ian
