Has everyone received their ticket(s) now? All paid tickets have been emailed apparently.
-
My ticket has just landed in my email inbox
Point to note: Last year JPShow was the only show I attended that actually scanned the barcode on each ticket. So please make sure that you either print your ticket(s) off or have facility to access them on your phone.
Hope you all have a good weekend.

For those that can make it, suggested rendezvous details are below (same as last year). Please let me know if you intend to meet us there or will be heading straight to venue.
As above, gates will be open from 08:00 and open to the public at 10:00. So, based on this, here's the plan
08:00 - Meet at the Holiday Inn Express, Stratford Rd, Warwick CV34 6TW (Just off J15 M40)
08:15 - Leave the Holiday Inn and make our way to JPS. Which should give us an ETA of...
08:30 - Arrive at Stoneleigh Park and enjoy the day.

Hi All, received some more show info from the organiser today. Quoted below.
"*** Important information for club stands ***
You may arrive on Sunday morning between 8am - 10am.
The gates officially open at 10am so ideally everyone needs to be in place before then. Please try not leave until the awards and trophies are announced at the main stage around 3.30pm-4pm.
Judging will commence at 1pm and there is an award and trophy for best car on club stand.
If a car on your stand has a gold Japanese Performance Show sticker on their windscreen, it means they have won and should make their way to the stage around 3.30pm.Club stand tickets are in advance only from the website. They cannot be bought at the gate so please make sure everyone who is planning to be on your stand is aware of this and the rest of the information mentioned above. The ticket system will be taken down in about a week or so.
All tickets to date will be sent out next week by email".- 2

Also @14N looked on website says 10am - 5pm. What time do we need to be there, do you remember from last year? Just debating whether to stay at a hotle or not.
Gates will open from 08:00. So I'd suggest we (as a stand) aim for an 08:30 arrival. This'll give us chance to look round the good stuff before the puinters arrive too
Sorry Dean, stand is full with 20 cars ATM. If anyone does drop out/cannot attend, please let me know so your space can be given to someone else (i.e.Dean)

Rickdon won the boot divider. And instantly gave it back

Great day, thanks to all that came and to Nathan for sorting the club stand. I think we'll be using The Bell as a rendezvous point for future events at Combe as it's literally a stones throw away and it's the 'right' side of any queues too.
Plus the bacon roll was a goodun . Cheers for the help with that one Jim

And quickly which postcode are we actually using? Google does have it listed as SN14 7BG?
I don't really think it matters too much. Looking on the map, there isn't much in Yatton Keynall. The Post Office/Village Store which is literally across the road has the postcode of SN14 7BA.
Can we get a list together of who'll be meeting at The Bell and whether they'd like a sarnie? This is what I've got so far from the comments above. Please amend if necessary or add your name if coming

***** PRE-COMBE MEET DETAILS*****
With much appreciation and thanks to jbrougham (cheers Jim ) he's managed to negotiate with The Bell in Yatton Keynell the use of their car park (large enough for circa 30 cars) as our rendezvous point for us all to meet before heading to Castle Combe - it is literally 4 minutes away from the curcuit and means we will avoid the chaos at Morrisons. BUT, not only will we have the use of their car park, they've also agreed that tea, coffee and bacon butties will be available to purchase from 06:30. The shop close by will also open from 07:00 to enable you to buy any last minute provisions.
So, here's the plan. Meet at The Bell Yatton Keynell, Chippenham SN14 7BG from 06:30. We'll aim to leave there (depending on weather) between 07:20 and 07:30 to make the very short journey to Combe. Most clubs will be leaving the Morrisons (which is a little further away) around 07:30.
If you will be interested in having a bacon buttie and/or a hot drink at The Bell, can you please let us know below, so the guys know how much bacon/bread/coffee to buy in preparation for our arrival.
Many thanks

Please pm me if you would like to buy the ticket(s)
Cheers lee
I think I know why you've paid twice mate (see above).
I'll take one off you. PM on it's way

Feck feck feck feck.
Due to an 'administration error' it would appear that I don't actually have a stand pass or ticket. I assumed I had as 'Paid' appears against my name in the attendees list. Doing my Sherlock Holmes bit as I haven't received my tickets yet, I looked thru my PayPal account and I haven't bought a ticket!! I think LowIQ has put paid against my name instead if his in post #40 (Thanks Lee). Therefore I figured I'd paid
Does anyone have a spare stand pass and ticket they could sell me and hopefully stick in first class post ASAP?

If the Spring Action Day at Combe is anything to go by, a LOT of clubs have the same idea about meeting at Morrison's. It will be busy folks.
