Hi
I changed mine a week and a bit ago for the Tein S-Tech's they feel fantastic, the ride is not much harder (if at all now they've settled down) than the stock springs, and certainly not harsh, the ride still feels fairly stock it doesn't crash over bumps BUT it's lost a good deal of the roll when transfering weight in corners, feels like it corners flatter if that makes any sense, so far very, very pleased with them.
Not sure where you are, but you're welcome to have a passenger ride in mine if your anywhere near Southampton.
If you are after a set I picked mine up from Camskill for £140 inc postage

Do the revs stop climbing when the power dies? Clutch slipping?
-
Unless you've used them before I wouldn't use the dunlops I've got these at the moment and would rate the stock Bridgestone RE040's higher for the amount you've been quoted a few pennies more would get you the Michelin super sports
-
This is the thing, pop spacers on there for around £225.00 or put that towards some new rims, decisions decisions
-
Did you fit them after drinking that strongbow to get up the courage?
It'll look grand once you get spacers on
No the bitter was mine I thought I waas doing well, rears were on inside an hour, fronts however were not so much fun every thing was siezed!

Boaring I know but this is my first proper modification to the Z I've done myself, these arrived from the good people at Camskill this weekend (proper bargin)
Well after 6 hours, quite a lot of blood, bruised knuckles and more swearing than I would like to admit, they were on (thank god for penetration spray and breaker bars).
Quite like it, hopefully the spings will bed in a little and drop a little further but it has made me painfully aware I need spacers (or new rims )
Happy with the result so thought I'd share.

Oil
in 350Z General
Wow 3k is a little overkill on a z, high power turbo'd cars for sure as they can muller oil fairly quickly but not on a z unless your only doing very low miles in it!
-
I happened to be in CostCo today and had some time to kill so wandered into the tyre dept to check a few prices. The Pilot Super Sports there were £248 inc VAT & fitting (225/45/18) each. Is that a good price?
S.
A grand on tyres? Why buy a 350z and pay 911 consumables prices?!
Where's Ekona......
-
So we're you using the spacers on the other wheels? Only reason I say spigot rings is because every time I've used the slip on spacers it has ended up causing wheel wobble as the spigot rings don't touch the hubs to center them, as said try em without the spacers.....
-
Have you got spigot rings fitted to keep the rims centred properly?
-
Hi could you pm me a price for the carbing brace please can't see it on your site?
-
Not sure what postage would be but blacky on here had one he had in dry storage I'm sure he'd be able to do you a good price on it
Edit: it's a stocky
-
Scorpion would be a good call if you don't mind the exhaust on the quiet side, the two things I started saving for before I bought the z were an exhaust and clutch
-
No no I was checking it doesn't will pm
-
Can i ask if these are unbranded as per the images?
-
I've got some spare hexis carbon finish, happy to bung some on and see how it fares if you like?
