looking good, great work.

yep the 1.6K that Nissan wants to charge is ridiculous imho.
-
congrats on your purchase. you wont be disappointed.

what would a good pop charger cost and a good make? is it a DIY job or does a mechanic need to get involved? The Plenum spacer, what does this add apart from it looking good?
-
i wants one, mines so damn grimey. anyone up for selling a spare?
-
it was the lesser cost service that I went for, tbh they didnt do an awful lot for the price, visual checks mainly and oil change. They recommended for me to get the 4 brake discs changed but wanted to sting me over £1.6K for the privilege. I'm going to buy the parts and get a local independent to fit for me soon. Spark plugs to be changed will be another £350 again advisory but not urgent.

polish with a DA? or just Elbow Grease?
-
splashed the cash and went to Nissan Main Dealer in Bristol in the end.

Swift cover - got the same price on the Zed. I am 37 though with a nice old chunk of NCB
you must live in an area that doesn't have much car crime. I'm 44 and can't get anywhere near that for fully comp.

is mohair the standard 350Z roadster roof then? I thought it was fabric?

i think its to try and stop the time wasters.

Service done at Nissan Dealership in Pennywell Road, Bristol. Not overly cheap at around £350.00 for a basic service, but can't fault them for their professionalism and knowledge.
Also the GTR is available for a test spin at £5.

Karman Autocare is an independent back street garage, they did a great job on both my suspension bushes, brakes and exhaust, when they needed attention. I bought the parts through ZMANALEX on this forum and my exhaust was through CougarStore also on this forum. Carlton knows his stuff around all different vehicles.
Just been given the news by Nissan Pennywell Road (after its last service) that the 4 discs on my 07 Roadster need replacing, so I'm going to buy the gear through ZMANALEX and then get Carlton to fit.
Would definitely recommend.

can you use Renovo on the Roadster as well?
-
i've been recommended Pro Garage in Warmley. Anyone had dealings with this garage before?
-
seems to be difficult to find a decent independant in Bristol that cater for the 350Z, hence why I am resorting to using the main stealer.
-
it's a 2007 roadster if that helps.

I have approached Wessex Nissan in Bristol for a service quote and they have come back to me with the following prices:
53K - £482.60
64K - £337.57
Can anyone advise if this is the going rate and what the difference bewteen the 2 services are please?
Cheers,
DC.

soon to find out as I think this year I will be taking it there. Wish me luck *gulp.

I have the resonated Cobra backbox only and it is a lot more raspier IMHO than the OEM. It is well worth a buy. I bought from the Cougar Store on here.
-
what is the Nissan Dealer like in Pennywell Road in Bristol?
-
currently getting 22.7mpg, that's driving on 'A's and 'B' roads not motorways.
-
small consolation, but at least you are ok. I take it the numbskull that nearly drove into you didn't stop?
-
looks interesting is this a novice job, or would a more experienced person need to fit this?
JWT pop charger & inlet spacer, worth doing??

so with the Plenum spacer do you need to change the bonnet as well?
