  1. Hi mate, I have the dubious honour of living in Yeovil and from your description I am guessing you parked in 'takeaway alley' at the bottom of Middle Street? If so I am pretty sure it is well covered with CCTV as it used to be a bit of a warzone late at night. Maybe there is something on tape that might help the Police identify the little s**t who did this? Good luck with the respray - out of interest who's doing the work for you? Cheers rob
  2. Hello, do you know where your customer is? I am in Yeovil and can recommend a local independent who has done work for me in the past and recently fitted my HKS SSM exhaust to my 370. Did a great job for a reasonable price. Link to their web site below - http://www.rcmr.co.uk
  3. Just driven onto the Red Funnel from East Cowes (as per most weeks ) never had a grounding problem getting on or off the top deck. My car is a stock 370Z. My previous car (Focus RS) was condemned to the lower deck - front splitter too low. I agree strongly with the earlier poster, don't go near the Cowes/East Cowes Floating bridge especially at low tide - it's a car killer Cheers Rob
  4. Hi Chris - I regularly (most weeks) take my 370 across to the Isle of Wight from Southampton. Previously in my Focus RS & before that my 350z. The bad news is that of the three the 370 is the only one that I have found with hazard lights flashing and once the alarm still wailing when I return to the car to disembark. This has happened several times leading me to believe it is more sensitive than the 350. don't worry though because it will be drowned out in a symphony of Merc's & BMW's which appear to have be fitted with extremely sensitive sensors Have a good trip Rob
  5. Drove west along the edge of the Forest on the A31 yesterday evening, lots of standing water, there was a lot of rain Wednesday overnight & most of yesterday, I work on the Isle of Wight, we caught the edge of it & it was like a monsoon. Worth giving them a call to check. Good luck Rob
  6. Ooooh a thread I can comment on My 350z (2005 vintage) came with standard alloys - I too upgraded them to the LMGT4 Rays. There was definitely a significant weight saving - sorry no stats just based on comments from the guys who fitted them to the car and me picking up one of each to compare. Cheers Rob PS Now driving a 370z - anybody upgraded the wheels on one of these yet?
