  1. I've had the same problem, called 2 Nissan Dealerships and both said they know nothing about it, then after speaking to there technicians, they say that a head unit from another car will never work with any other vehicle! Do Nissan know nothing? or are they right? Surely someone has purchased a standard head unit to replace their aftermarket one? As your experiences would be much appreciated... Thanks
  2. You need to go with one or the other imo, especially roof wraps and mirrors, I think they need to match. Why don't u get the wing mirrors in gloss black? Haven't seen any Zeds with gloss black mirrors and could look
  3. I'm willing to give cash their way As I appreciate my wheels aren't as valuable as LMGT4's. I would debate Rota's though, as retail is more on my wheels
  4. I'm sure I have OCD, as I get my autogym metal polish out most weeks to keep the exhaust shiney
  5. It's a very simple job, just needs 2 people, as you have to hold the bumper and drill at the same time. Firstly I removed the 2 plastic rivets from the bracket thats attached to the bumper. Then took the white brackets off the cross member. Then pushed the bumper upto the cross member and marked 3 holes (spaced at 10cm centres) where I was going to drill through the bumper and attach to the cross member. I then got someone to hold the bumper tight to the cross member, drilled the holes through the bumper and into the cross member at the same time. Then got 3 washers and 3 M6 x 50mm hex bolts and put my 10mm socket on and tightened up. Then hey presto is a nice mod in under 30 mins There's a bumper tuck guide in the Guides section if you get stuck, which was very useful for me But is simple enough if you know how to drill a hole and tighten a bolt up with a socket wrench
  6. Excuse the dirty car, it needs a good clean. Haven't had good enough weather yet

  9. I'm wondering if someone is willing to swap a set of Rota's or LMGT4's for my 20 inch deep dish wheel with tyres or my Rays with tyres? Pics of my Rays are available on request (as I need to give them a good clean first) My deep dish wheels are below:
  10. I am open to part exchange offers as well, show me what you got I also have a set of Rays with tyres that could be added to the equation
  11. I've just purchased a Bose head unit and need to get it divorced from the owners ECU. Firstly who can carry this out? Does anyone know of a company near the Reading area? I'd like to get my aftermarket head unit removed, Bose head unit divorced and fitted to my car at the same time. Also what is this likely to cost? So if anybody knows of a company that would be great Thanks
  12. My Modification plans have changed over the last few weeks, therefore my 20 inch Vertini Hennesy wheels with Falken 452 tyres are now up for sale. The previous owner purchased these new, he paid over two thousand pounds for the wheels and tyres. Therefore someone is going to get a great deal See this link for the wheel specification: http://www.vertiniwheels.com/images/whe ... nessey.htm As you'll see from the pics, these make the 350Z look The wheels have some light kerbing and some marking in the centre of the wheels (I've taken pictures of all for reference). But marks aren't noticeable until you get up close to inspect the wheels. The front and rear tyres have loads of tread (approx 5mm), however I think that if a gauge was put into the treads it would be nearer to 6mm. Front tyres are 245/30ZR20, rears are 275/30ZR20. The front wheels have a 20mm spacer on, which will be included in the sale. Spiggot rings, wheel nuts and locking wheel nuts will also be included I just had the wheels and tyres re-balanced, so they drive beautifully BTW I have no rubbing problems what so ever with these fitted, so driving over humps is no problem what so ever I'm practically giving these away at £700 for the wheels and tyres Collection preferable, if courier service is required I'll quote you for P & P Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me On the Car: Front driver side: Front passengers side Rear drivers side Rear passengers side Thanks for looking
  13. I've decided to get these refurbed and keep them Mods please can you lock this thread. Thanks
  14. N1 front lip: http://www.hzaltezza.com/body-kits-1/nissan/350z.html Thanks for that, thought it might be that one. Might try one if I can't find anything else as it looks like it fits Ok from your experience. It fits very well, just requires some hard work getting it wrapped round the bumper. I would recommend 2-3 people to fit

  16. Yep £20 from ebay, worth a punt. If you don't like, you've only lost £20
  17. Just got a set of aluminium vent trims to brighten up the inside a little. Pics below: Before: After:
  18. Hi Guys, Just fitted a carbon front splitter, it was a very tight fit, I think the makers must have been the incredible hulk, because let's just say getting it fitted to the front bumper wasn't the easiest thing. It took 2 people with some brute strength to get it on. But once fitted, was all worth it. Just need to put some self tappers in the arch and under the bumper to get it very securely fixed. However with no screws, It's very secure. With just one side fitted it was hard enough to get it off, so if I hit a bump with the splitter, my bumper may come off with the splitter Not that I intend on hitting any bumps though Pics below, let me know what you think (good or bad)... 19. Jetset thanks for your comments, I think that £1,000 is a good deal for someone looking for a great looking set of 20 inch wheels & tyres for their 350Z. I don't think these will be hanging around for too long I now have Rays on my car, so these are ready to go
  20. Hi, As I'm putting my car back to OEM spec, I have for sale my Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD doube din head unit. The head unit is in brilliant condition (as you'll see from the pics). Main features are: 7 inch Touch screen, plays DVD's, plug and play IPOD, bluetooth can be used with adaptor (CD-BTB200 adapter), reversing camera's can be added etc I like that you can change font colour and backgrounds to suit your mood on the unit (see pics for reference), you can even add your own photograph to the background. Product specfication can be found here: http://icedotcomexpress.com/head-units- ... -3194.html The double din fascia surround, instruction manual, Ipod lead and wiring to fit head unit is all included in the sale. I'm looking for £200 plus P & P Thanks for looking Thanks
  21. Where do you fix the brackets to? Do you need to make holes? Thanks
  22. Spacers included in sale, even if the wheels clear the brembos without You don't have to shorten the wheel studs if you use spacers, not on these anyway Thanks
  23. Forgot to mention that collection is preferable. If a delivery service is required, I'll quote you to box, wrap up, package and get a courier to collect & deliver Thanks
  24. Hi, I'm currently reverting my car back to OEM spec, therefore my 20 inch Vertini Hennesy wheels with Falken 452 tyres are now up for sale. The previous owner purchased these new, he paid over two thousand pounds for the wheels and tyres. Therefore someone is going to get a great deal. See this link for the wheel specification: http://www.vertiniwheels.com/images/whe ... nessey.htm As you'll see from the pics, these make the 350Z look The wheels have some slight defects (light kerbing and lacquer in the centre of the wheels have started to run in some places), I've taken pictures of all defects for reference. But marks aren't noticeable until you get up close to the wheels. The front and rear tyres have loads of tread (approx 5mm), however I think that if a gauge was put into the treads it would be nearer to 6mm. Front tyres are 245/30ZR20, rears are 275/30ZR20.
