How do you know when your clutch and flywheel need replacing?

What is the best setup for the Rota GTR's? I.e. offsets etc. I love the concave on the rears, what offset would be required to achieve that?

I'm based in Reading (Junction 11 of the M4)

Hi, I'm selling my set of standard 18 inch wheels with tyres. The Rears are in good condition and are sat on almost new Falken FK452 tyres (approx 6 - 7mm tread) One front wheel is in okay condition with minor marks, the other front wheel has quite a lot of kerbing (i've tried to show this in the photos as much as possible), both are sat on Dunlop SP Sport 9000 tyres, of which has a couple of mm tread left, (these will be good for another 1000 miles or so). Will make perfect winter wheels. I'm selling these for £250. Collection is preferable, but can get a quote to send via courier if required. I am based in Reading (Junction 11 of the M4) in close proximity to M25 and M40. Pictures are as follows:

Hi Guys, I've been a member for a few months now, but didn't purchase my 350Z until a few weeks back. After a full day of cleaning, I thought that I would take a few pics and introduce myself officially So here is the motor:

I prefer them as well, but because of the amount of driving I do, I would prefer a slightly softer ride.

Am preferably looking at a set of silver LMGT4's, if anyone has a set? Please see pics of the wheels I am looking at part exchanging with (if anyone is interested).

I've got a set of 20's for sale. (Vertinni Hennessy) with Falken 452's all round (with lots of tread). The front's are 245/30ZR20, I have spacers on the front to clear the brembo's (which will come with the wheels) The rear's are 275/30ZR20 Haven't decided on a price yet, was thinking about £1 - 1.5k. I got a quote from a wheel dealer and he said £1,295 just the wheels and a new set of Falkens are approx £1,400. Spacers are about £100. So I think this is reasonable, as the passengers side has very slight kerb mark on the lip (which I think should just polish out) and the faces of 3 wheels (where the nuts go into) have been scratched, which I think should polish out as well. I've found a car with 62k on the clock on an 04 plate in gunmetal, its got the GT pack and has Rays alloys. It's got full service history, 12 months MOT, just had clutch replaced, 4 new tyres, front brake pads and disks 3,000 miles ago. He's got the car advertised for £7,750 no offers as he's looking for a quick sale, do you think I should go for it? I'm just a bit worried about the mileage, however it's still below average.

That is nice. But wouldn't like handing over all that hard earned cash and circa £450 a year on tax. I'll keep my eyes on 06 downwards

I found a really nice gunmetal 05 plate convertible on autotrader with 44k on the clock. So thought I better check insurance before I ring the chap up to view. Well let's just say i'm not getting a convertible lol. Bell insurance want another 1k a year to drive a convertible instead of a coupe How on earth can they justify that? Admittedly I don't live in the most best postcode, however I don't see how they can substantiate that.

I viewed 3 cars today and still no luck (all dealers , so we're quite expensive). There aren't many private sellers for zeds It seems as though I've missed all the good deals on pistonheads, as the one's I'm interested in are sold. I guess I just have to be patient and wait for the right one to come along So frustrating when you have the money and can't have the beautiful V6 on the drive

I do approx 15k miles a year, so if I get a zed with say 60k miles, my car will have 90k on the clock after 2 years and am very concious of the car de-valuing so much Therefore if I buy a car with less mileage, I should hopefully avoid so much devaluation (forgive me i'm a quantity surveyor so am always thinking about money ).

I've looked on the for sale section. There are some nice motors within my price range but unfortunatelt have too high mileage

Surely someone is looking to sell up???? I have cash waiting to purchase.......

I wish the mileage was lower , I would take this off your hands like a shot if you had under 50k miles

Hi every1 on the 350z forum I've decided to get a 350 Zed, probably not the most practicable vehicle at 21 ! But what have I got to lose? Anyways I'm looking to spend around 8 - 10k, I'd like a 2004/2005 plate with less than 50k miles, preferably a GT spec and satnav would be nice (but not a must). Do you know of any Zed's that meet this criteria on the market at the moment? Cheers
