Not me!
for someone that back on page 2 said
Anyways, I'll leave this thread now, as clearly TG is not aimed at folks like me.
you havent half warbled on a bit.......

i would imagine that anything other than a smooth finish with no transition or any lumps or bumps would cause issues rolling that about

i dont even bother to think about opening the roof unless its either above 10 degrees or its been parked in teh sun to warm the roof
trying at cold temps can cause damage so best not to... if you want that roof down on a cold crisp day feeling then park up in the sun for half an hour and have the heaters on full blast for a while to soften the fabric

dont forget to add tips / service to your money planning, they are huge on tipping in the staes and not leaving one is really bad form and i have seen people followed out of restaurants by staff to ask why no tip... also 10% is pretty stingy in their eyes so work on 15% as a tip so if your meal is 100 bucks its gonna cost you 115... it soon adds up!

Has it been a year already! Just back from another service from Sly. P3 this time with new pads and top spec brake fluid (kinda cooked the brakes last summer in the Alps!) MOT done and fresh wheel alignment all done for a very good price. If you need your car serviced you can't go far wrong going the extra mile to see Kaizer
Thanks again and see you next year! í ½í¸‰

dont tend to do a lot of UK miles each year but have the car for sunny weekend drives and 1 good road trip per year which usually works out about 3k miles in a week... 07 plate with 30k in total so an average of 3.75k miles per year
dont drive it a lot but when i do it makes us smile so its worth every penny it costs us
looking to do a monster trip this year... will be doing 5k miles in one trip taking in 10 countries
-
my drive to see him is 55 miles and just about an hour. google tells me that colchester to there is 65 miles and 1 hour 10 so you are not much further than me and i know guys that travel a LOT further to see Sly.
very much worth the travel to have someone who knows what they are looking at working on your car and who wont rip you off to do so or come up with a list of jobs that "need doing urgently" that really dont need doing at all.....
-
use Sly at Kaizers and you wont go far wrong mate.... wont rip you off and knows what hes doing!
hes a trader on here so you can just drop him a PM
im heading there on Saturday form my roadsters service and MOT
-
i am currently with admiral for all three of my cars and all mods on them have been declared and are listed in my policy documents..... they make it up as they go along
-
good job it failed AFTER you had fully stopped and not as you were stopping or you might have had to change your user name to the brown trouser......

Very Nice!
i have / Had a Kwaka ZX12r until recently when the bottom end went bang
in the process of stripping and selling it off in bits to fund next years bike (already made more back than i paid for the bike 3 years ago!!!!) and was thinking about either an RSV or a Tuono... would be interested in your thoughts on them and anything in particular to look out for, i know the sprag clutch is an issue but other than that my only other twin was a TL1000s which i loved but it kept trying to kill me!!!

you will probably find something in the small print of your contract that will stop you doing that...
